😠 Went in and there was a queue which was fine. Proceed to wait 30 -40 mins before I gave up waiting in queue. There were 2 people working that was dealing with customers and then there were 2 other people that just disappeared into the back and never came back out. The line was getting longer yet nob...     Went in and there was a queue which was fine. Proceed to wait 30 -40 mins before I gave up waiting in queue. There were 2 people working that was dealing with customers and then there were 2 other people that just disappeared into the back and never came back out. The line was getting longer yet nobody else came out to help. Definitely don’t recommend coming to this store.

    If I could give no stars I would! I walked in on the lay night about 7:30pm - both customer service assistants were busy with a couple & a gentleman up the front. I walked around for about 5 mins looking at phones & then took a seat in the back so that I didn’t cramp the from because it was already pretty full up there. A young man comes back in from break - seemed to be acting pretty unbothered that there was now about 8 people in the store all spread out over the place. Now although I was waiting first, he serves 2 people ahead of me & I approached him to request that they make some sort of line or number system which can identify who was waiting first as there is no clear indication of who is next in line other than everyone cramming up the front. He decides to argue back with a very nasty tone that there is a line system as whoever is up the front gets served first. Which I think is ridiculous because had I been the only one in the store, they would all be rushing up to me trying to pitch their sale shenanigans. He then rudely cuts me off - to say that he will put in the request & brushes me off. No apology & no genuine good customer service!!!! The store was also dirty & had rubbish & everywhere! Do not recommend coming into this store AT ALL!!

    Absolute waste of time this morning. I spent 30 minutes in line to try and use my phone insurance. I get told I need to lodge a claim first which takes me 30 minutes to do on the phone. I go back to vodafone and wait another 30 minutes in line. Then I give them the claim and I am told that no loan phones are available. I am then told that this is just something done out of courtesy by the stores and isn’t related to the insurance. But the vodafone website clearly states « All One NZ retail stores are available to assist if you need a phone repair or have bought a faulty phone, including giving you the option of a loan phone while your phone is being fixed. ». Please do better, don’t waste people’s time, and don’t turn something that should be simple into two hours of annoyance.

    Edit Response to Vodafone comment - I have already logged a complaint, heard nothing back yet. I would like an email please,or even a call, you have my details. As the owner you are very much responsible also. Bought the latest Samsung phone, they didn't have any screen protectors, which is fine, I bought a case until they got more stock, unfortunately I cracked the screen. so I took it into the store and the lady said, it would be $190, because I bought it within the year. Got no response after it was sent off in September. Still to now in November, they have not called, emailed or updated me. The emails and contact information on the repair sheet were incorrect.except the lady I delt with.I texted to say I accepted the new cost of repair. Then called l,but the phone was sent back, as Samsung said there was lack of contact from the store. But couldn't give me details as it was Vodafone that sent it and told me to contact the store.i called Vodafone helpline and online chat, they both said they can't give me any contact number for the store and the lady's phone is now disconnected But why isn't the store updating me. Why am I chasing ofr information and why has it been so long. Never experienced anything like this before

    Maya and I hopped into the outlet to recharge our phones, ie, with credit. We were very pleased with the service consultant who advised us on our phones' status. Thank you Voda.

    Really disappointed with service have to stand in line for 30min plus! I dropped off my phone for repairs last week! Contacted phone insurance got advised the phone still at the store hasn’t been sent out! This is ridiculous going into the store back over and over! And you guys have no phone service just goes to customer care! Can’t be spending half my time chasing up on these things! Just shocking!! WHY HAVNY THEY SENT MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS EVERYTIME I CALL I GET TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY MAYBE THEYLL SEND IT BUT WE CANT CONTACT THEM! Only email but they ain’t replying to any emails!

    Very poor customer service. One guy didn't want to help as the entire store had only two persons assisting as the others were on break. He was rude to say can't you see I am busy with my computer, you have to wait.There were also other customers waiting. Least courtesy.

    Walked in half an hour before their closing. Danny was a gem . He helped fix the issue which I was having with my sim for the last 9 days. Danny was definately knowledged and took the initiative to get to the problem. Vodafone manukau is very lucky to have a staff like him who thinks outside the box. Thank you Danny.

    Very helpful service, insurance wasn't included in their records but lucky I had my own papers. Choose to bring my phone bach as it is my life taking it back Monday have a green line on my screen worried I won't have it fixed before I return to work?

    Worst customer service (Patricia Fakatava) order no 88706913 Order pre Oder phone though her 16/09 made mistake have to come in store already spent 3 hours, still can’t resolve. At end offered buy phone with full price insured of $600 pre order discount. Or advised call care to get deals. Today leave the store

    The guy at the store was very helpful even though they were very busy when I arrived, but I wanted to make people aware of what can happen if you renew your prepay plan before the due date. I renewed my prepay plan before midnight using the wifi from my local laundromat to add my $20 voucher to my One app. I was unaware that One had already started using my credit before midnight and I was sent a text the next morning that I did not have enough credit to renew my plan. WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT ONE?? I have never experienced this with any other phone company in the past, so people beware!!!

    I think this branch is very busy. So representatives are trying to give their best. I am not sure they have break time or not, because they seem tired. They are trying to help as much as possible do solve your problem.

    Recently I came in to get my service network sorted due to problems with teleporting and DAVID works at the manukau store who helped resolve my matter without delaying. I had to make several calls to Vodafone and was a hassle to go back and forth but this gentleman advised me what to do within like 10 minutes. I would like to appraise his service which left me with a good customer experience even though I am not with Vodafone anymore. Thanks!!

    One of the male workers fell asleep on his computer while serving me, worst customer experience ever. I saw him do it to others but once they left he was acting fine. He probably does it so he doesn’t have to deal with people. Pathetic

    Really happy with the service , had a young guy Mairoa help me and talk through the phones in store , great patience and knowledge of the products . Gave me a good recommended phone and despite being close to closing time he showed no sign of impatienceness .

    It was a busy shop and we had to queue up and wait for about 10 minutes. We had a complex problem and couldn't fix it on the phone to One NZ. So the helpful assistant was able to sort it out, even then it took about 15 minutes.

    Tom Robson and Jeffrey Lam is the best retail personnel I've known. Very supportive and helpful and always very customer focus and clear info given. Kudos to this two. If you need anything ask for them

    Went in on Sunday with my partner as I was in need of a new phone. I have always been a Andriod user but was thinking of swaying to the darkside and getting an iPhone for the camera. The lovely Sales assistant talked to me and mentioned if I loved android and want a good camera she knew the phone for me. I purchased the Samsung galaxy ultra and was taught so many benefits of the phone and some tips and tricks. We felt really well looked after and really appreciated the level of service. Sales person MSV in Manukau Thank you! I love my new phone already
