    To say I am sad and disappointed with SouthSeasClinic is an understatement! Let me explain why. I desperately needed to see a doctor and every time I called, the phone was never answered. When I left messages, with my information and contact, nobody ever contacted me back. I then decided to visit the clinic in person to seek help. First thing I noticed was, that there were 3 ladies (receptionists) behind the counter. I approached one of them and she told me to take a seat and wait. I sat there for what seemed like a long while and observed. I noticed that whenever the phone rang, none of them answered it. They must have let it go straight to the answer machine. When she finally called me to the counter and asked what I was there for, I told her that I desperately needed my medication as I was running out and I needed to see a doctor or a nurse to discuss my last blood tests and see where I am health wise. She told me that no doctor was available and the nurses were at a meeting. She wrote my information on a piece of paper and re-assured me that (Nurse—— I won’t name for privacy reasons) will call me as soon as they are available. Almost a week later, I still heard nothing from SouthSeasClinic. That’s when I decided perhaps, the receptionist threw her piece of paper in the thrash and forgot about me. Maybe it was time for me to find another medical centre where someone would help me. I was desperate and sooo… sad. I prayed to God to help me find help. I was driving towards home when I saw a notice board saying, ‘Family Health Centre’ near my new place. I went in and found it full of Asian people. There were 2 receptionists and they were so friendly and helpful. So I enquired about joining them. They were so welcoming. So I joined. Guess what? The very next day SouthSeasClinic rang me first thing in the morning. They called 3 times. The first 2 times I ignored them but they persistently called. So I eventually decided to answer. It was them checking if I had wanted my medical records released to another medical centre. Wish I didn’t have to go through what I went through to get to this. “Yes…” I said to the person who called. I have given the new centre my consent😀. Hopefully my new medical place won’t ever neglect me. Blessings!

    I’ve been with Southseas for over 13 years and today I went to my sons appointment, got told for the first time they declined my sons appointment!! We also got told that even if a nurse was to see him that they can not prescribe anything and that it would be a waste of time to have him checked up!! Then We got told it was better we go see the other local doctors just around the corner so someone can check him out and he’ll get the prescription he needs!! Worst service ever !! Didn’t even give us a reason for declining my sons appointment!! We were told there was only one doctor in but he’s too busy!!

    Used to be great when Dr. Heather was my doctor. Now it's a 4 day wait to see a doctor, unacceptable. Unorganized staff. Very sad but will be changing to a clinic who is actually interested in treating its clients. All the best

    Why are there no operating hours for patients information?. Covid-19 has impacted their services badly. No one answers their phones and it takes probably a week or two to wait on a doctor's appointment. Very unprofessional service and would not recommend to anyone. If you can't improve your services then might as well close your clinic.

    reception staff can be so rude and sometimes dont understand proper english You book in early to see a nurse for a script, an entire day goes by and still no call. Absolutely appalling but am I surprised? absolutely not. My sister left for exactly this, tardiness. Overbooking schedules they cant fit in. Rubbish service.

    The worst clinic in south Auckland!! Waiting times here is appalling, took my mum here for her appointment which was supposed to be at 1pm but ended up being served at 3:30pm and was only seen for 3 minutes even though she was in pain. Not only that but the receptionist and the customer service thru inside the doctors and on the phone is absolutely rubbish!! They’re so rude and impatient, can’t even understand basic English and yet they wanna come off in a very rude tone. You signed up for this job and yet you can’t do a very simple thing. This clinic needs to be shut down and needs to find experience people because it looks and sounds like they’re hiring their own families here. STOP BEING LAZY, DO YOUR JOB!!!

    I am very sad and disappointed with the service that I have to experience here in the southseas healthcare … been with Southseas for over 4 years now and this is the first time I have experienced this, So I called in yesterday for my dad’s appointment and they told me that they are fully booked only a nurse can call back regarding about my dad’s condition, been waiting all day long but no called back , today called in again they said the same thing yesterday been inside the healthcare twice today just to get my dad’s Medical certificate for work cause they need it ASAP , Anyways the amount of time that we went in. And said that they will called ,. Another 4hrs past no called went in again and finally he’s doctor gave him the Medical report… it is so sad but Imagine putting your relatives on the line . Will be the same way …. I hope I don’t experienced this kinda service anymore …

    I find that my current dr is never on time to call on my appointment time. Its quite frustrating really. Most of the time I rang the clinic is either no one is picking up the. Phone really. Is this known as poor time management and a dysfunctional service. Is this

    Got my covid vaccine this weekend from them at Otara market centre. Daamnnnn I was so impressed with the organisation.As we did the drive through vaccination, we were welcomed by all the staff, instructions were very clear and went way beyond the expectations and provided water at every pit stop. After vaccination at observation area, the clinical lead nurse (Irata) made sure we were okay and looked after us so veryyyy well. Highly recommend the way they provide the customer service. I’m taking my whole family there now ❤️ well done team.Gbu

    Thank you TEAM for the groceries care packages I received today for myself and my family. This ISO package is well packed and it included many 5 star healthy food brands. It had everything from, milk, peanut butter, toiletries, washing powder, rubbish bags and many more.     This place is a hit and miss at times. However, receptionist Uea(apologies if i spelt this wrong) gave oustanding service. Can't thank you enough, although it was busy, you were able to slot me in, knowing I needed urgent assistance with my meds. Can't speak any highly of your amazing customer service, you and doc Michael.Much appreciated
