Pleace is well organized. Dinner food is very good and reasonable price. Yo dont need to look for dinner place. Staffs are vey kind. Enjoyed to staying this hotel.

We arrived late with our tour operator and although it is written in the brochure that the restaurant is open until 10pm, service was refused to us. Polish guests were still eating but the extremely unfriendly female manager told us that service finshed at 8pm. When we pointed out that even on the website food was offered until 10pm, all of a sudden nobody understood English or German. Don't go there unless you want to experience extremely unfriendly racist staff who obviously got their training in the peek time of communism.

We didn't use swimming pool and sauna as it was located in other building. The same with breakfast. We needed to go in the rain to other building. Otherwise was OK.

Amazing and relaxing days at the hotel-spa. Good food, kind people and good location. I don't understand why it is not at least 4 stars rated. Would recommend a holidays there to my friends and family.

Nice hotel with an interesting history in a great location in a quiet park. Lots of parking space available for a fee which was very convient. No need to hunt other parking lots during the stay as both the beach and restaurant areas in town are well within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant (Weranda) just besides the hotel. The rooms were large enough and the balcony was a plus. The floors were a bit sandy (from previous guests visiting the beach I suppose) but apart from that it was clean. There was only one real downside: The wifi was pretty much non-working. The only place we could reach the network at all was on the balcony, but even there the connection was very weak. As our mobile internet coverage was bad as well, this was a bit annoying, especially for our kids.

Love the hotel! For me it's definitely strong 4 stars hotel (not 3!). The food is very tasty! Service is highest quality! Spas, swimming pools, park, beach, health-care procedures... Rooms are very clean and cosy. I and regularly back to the hotel with my whole family. Definitely recommend! ♡

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. Excellent customer service, the food was delicious, and the rooms were superb. I had a minor problem, which was resolved by one of the managers, Marcin. He was superb! Professional, polite, and has excellent English.

Really nice, but for older people I would think it's more fun. Not really much to do and if weather is no good so you can be on the beach you are really out of ideas.

7.00 am: Loud renovation work in the same building I was trying to sleep for two days. Called the reception and they kept sending me to other lines til I had to hang up. Awful.

Due to the new covid law I could not stay here. Therefore I cannot star this properly.

We paid extra for a room with double beds but we got a room with two single bads presses together. It was not possible to get a new room or cancel the reservation. The rooms are also lacking proper blackout curtains which makes it hard to sleep in the morning. The location is nice and the breakfast is ok. The Wi-Fi is subpar.
