I
noticed
there
are
not
many
reviews
here
from
Western
Europe.
I
stumbled
upon
this
place
quite
randomly,
as
it's
quite
harder
to
find
than
your
average
spa
and
wellness
facilities
on
google
maps.
However,
I
think
this
place
offers
you
a
very
unique
experience,
and
it
definitely
is
not
as
expensive.
As
someone
who
has
rarely
been
to
a
sauna
in
his
life,
it
sure
made
me
reconsider
my
life
choices.
I
was
in
Kaunas
for
a
week
and
I
went
to
this
place
a
total
of
4
times.
Every
time
I
left
the
place,
I
felt
more
awake
then
I
stepped
in.
People
who
are
familiar
with
sauna
probably
are
aware
with
its
health
benefits,
but
for
people
who
have
never
tried,
just
do
it
because
it's
an
experience
you
rarely
have.
The
constant
switch
from
extreme
heat
to
extreme
cold
is
just
amazing,
everytime
pushing
yourself
a
bit
more
in
that
sauna
just
to
see
how
far
you
can
get
without
fainting..
haha.
I
recommend
this
place
for
lone
guy
travelers
(if
you
have
nothing
to
do
in
the
evening),
or
if
you're
traveling
with
a
friend
or
two,
this
is
a
great
way
to
spend
an
evening
not
getting
wasted.
If
you
were
to
go,
definitely
go
on
Saturday
evening.
It's
crowded,
but
people
are
laughing,
singing
and
having
lots
of
fun.
It
really
created
a
memorable
experience
for
me.
The
place
can
be
easily
reached
by
bus
(number
20
or
47)
even
in
the
late
hours.
Only
downsides
are
that
the
lady
in
the
front
doesnt
speak
English
well
(and
she's
sure
to
let
you
know),
but
you'll
get
around
pointing
and
with
sign
language.
Other
downside
is
the
the
English
version
of
the
website
is
not
updated
yet
in
terms
of
prices
and
opening
hours,
so
I
recommend
just
translating
the
lithuanian
version
of
the
site
with
google
translate.
And
yes
everyone
is
naked.
You
can
wear
swimming
pants,
but
then
you'll
just
be
a
stand
out.
When
in
Rome
do
as
the
Romans
do,
and
if
you're
white
then
everyone
just
assumes
you're
lithuanian/Eastern
Europe
anyway,
which
is
great.
It
feels
like
you're
part
of
a
community
you
will
never
be
actually
a
part
of.
