Avoid this terrible company. Paid in full on their website, they cancelled the flight, and I never received a refund. I called them before booking to ask about choosing a morning or evening flight. They said that the morning flight will definitely happen and that the evening flight would most likely be cancelled due to weather. My girlfriend and I wake up extra early to drive 45 minutes outside of town for the hot air balloon ride. We wait there for 3 hours after we were supposed to take flight and they cancel due to weather. This is understandable, but when we asked about the evening flight they said it will definitely be happening but is already full. Now onto the refund, I had to email and call multiple times just to get in touch with someone at their company. When I finally spoke with them, they said sent the refund through Paypal and it would arrive in my account in 3-10 business days. This time period passed so I had to call Paypal and ask about the status of the refund and they tell me there's none being processed on my account. Only after going back and forth with them in email do I receive a message saying they have sent the refund. It's been nearly a month and I haven't received anything. At this point I don't think I will get my money back. Avoid this terrible company.

Both terrifying and absolutely thrilling! I took an evening trip soaring over the skies of Vilnius, I have never experienced anything like it. The whole experience from booking to lift of was flawless. I couldn't fly on my original day but the company were informative and managed to ensure I got to have the journey before my trip ended. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolute highlight of my trip and a journey I won't forget for years to come.

What an experience! I had never been on a Hot Air Balloon before but I can't imagine anyone would do it better than Hot Air Rides. The booking experience was a breeze and their communication was constant and clear. The actual ride itself was remarkable, with clear safety instructions that ultimately felt unnecessary as the ride was totally stable and comfortable. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience flying in a hot air balloon over Trakai. The flight was super entertaining and I felt safe the entire time. It's one of those magical things I think everyone needs to experience at least once in a lifetime.

The team helped us organise which one and when we should do it and it was so perfect. The communication was so fast and let us know everything in advance and were really flexible in helping us have the perfect flight over Trakai. Our pilot Donatas was so very experienced and the team made pick up to and from locations seamless. There was also a special surprise at the end of the flight that just topped off the morning. For anyone looking for an unforgettable activity to share with a special someone then the private flight for two which we took I couldn’t recommend more.

We had our first flight with a hot air balloon over Trakai and it was everything we wished for.
