😠 The ramen was cold, brew was bitter and tasteless, meat was premade. Sushi was a total disaster - portion was extra small, salmon rought, rubbery, rice overcooked. Uhh... People often mention sushi, service, Sushi, Vilnius, good, restaurant, delicious, price, nice, tasty,

"I hate sushi" is a real pearl. Good atmosphere, really amazing food, good service. The drinks were amazingly well done and tasty, maybe the best in Vilnius?! Rather high prices though, but the restaurant delivers...you get what you pay for and "I hate sushi" really know their things egen it comes to sushi....and once again, really amazing long drinks.

Nice flavors, but the portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous - this should be made clear and transparent on their ordering page so the expectations of the client are set. I have no intention to fail the food quality but it is just a bit deflating to be charged 13 EUR for an absolute minimum - A CUP of cold soup - around 200-250ml and a spoon-full of seaweed salad as in pictures below.

More like 'I hate customer service', slow and indifferent waiters, our long awaited cocktails were rather meh, and our even longer awaited food never came as we decided to call it quits.

We absolutely loved our experience! It's such a great and cozy place, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We're regretting not visiting earlier, but we're definitely coming back - especially for their sushi! Even though it was busy, the food was delicious. The appetizers were a tasty start, and the octopus for the main course was amazing. Only suggestion would be to make the ramen a bit spicier, but overall, we had a fantastic time!

Liked our dinner here. But there were a few “but…”. The sushi rolls are too small given the price, especially considering its non-central location. The waiting town was crazy — we waited for more than an hour to get our sushi rolls made. Sushi rolls were delicious though, with some unusual yet great combinations. The prawns and spring-rolls were amazing too. Definitely one of the best sushi places in town.

A really lovely place to eat in Žvėrynas district, it is not so far away from Lithuanian Parliament. Japanese fine dinning restaurant. This place has the best sushi in town. Very nice interior, lovely service, good place with children.

It is a really nice place to have a light meal during the day or in the evening. If it is a bit cold outside, don't worry, they have secured fire flames near tables outside. I ordered a Matcha Green Tea, it was served in a very beautiful light coloured handmade cup. Tastes good!

(Translated by Google) Service tragedy, had to wait a long time, did not offer or ask for anything, an institution of this level, and waiters in Chile are better. Sushi are really delicious, but why are they so crumbling that it’s impossible to take? Mango margarita at such a price looked sad and where is the edge of the salt ?? The interior is very beautiful, but dust piles on the leaves of plants ?! come on, wolf trade. The place was tried all over, expectations were high, I would say it didn’t justify it. By the way, if there are glasses on the table, maybe bring a jug of water? Otherwise what's the point? Interjeras labai gražus, bet dulkių krūvos ant augalų lapų?! come on, susikaupkit. Vieta išprominta per visus galus, expectations were high, tai sakyčiau nepateisino. Ai beje, jei ant stalo stovi stiklinės, tai gal atneškit ąsotį vandens? Kitaip kokia prasmė?

If you love sushi, you better hate it first" – that's the intriguing philosophy behind "I Hate Sushi" in Vilnius, and it perfectly encapsulates the unique charm of this sushi restaurant. As someone who has savored sushi from around the world, I can attest that "I Hate Sushi" offers a truly remarkable dining experience. The restaurant's interior is a harmonious blend of calm, modern aesthetics with a touch of historical inspiration, creating a clean and well-organized space that immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere inside is conducive to a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, making it an excellent choice for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. Now, let's talk about the sushi – the heart and soul of "I Hate Sushi." The chefs here demonstrate a profound mastery of sushi craftsmanship. The menu boasts an impressive selection of fish and ingredients, resulting in sushi that is not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor. Whether you prefer classic nigiri or inventive maki rolls, "I Hate Sushi" caters to every sushi aficionado's preferences. Having sampled sushi from various corners of the globe, I can confidently say that "I Hate Sushi" holds its own among the very best. However, what truly elevates this dining experience is the exceptional service. We had the privilege of sitting in the garden area, where heaters kept us comfortable despite the cool Vilnius evening. The waiter, who deserves special mention, took outstanding care of my tired friend and me. He was attentive, warm, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering wonderful suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. Such exemplary service is a rare find and adds immense value to the overall visit. In fact, if I could, I'd give the waiter a 6/5 rating! In conclusion, "I Hate Sushi" is more than just a restaurant; it's an unforgettable experience. With its tranquil, modern yet historically inspired interior, delectable sushi offerings, and exceptional service, it's a hidden gem in Vilnius. If you're a sushi lover seeking a unique and delightful dining experience, "I Hate Sushi" is a must-visit. And, it's safe to say that if you love sushi, you'll love it even more after dining here!

Does not live up to the image, will not come back. Good atmosphere and service, impressive food presentation. Though, if you can not eat avocado you will not get tasty sushi rolls as ridiculously more than 85% of rolls contain avocado… Ordered a 10 euro sushi roll and they were falling apart, impossible to eat, made very poorly. Tasted bland and the quality of the salmon was far from the best. Also miniscule choice of open bottle wines.

(Translated by Google) The service is tragic. Lacking simple courtesy, saying goodbye sounded something like "do you need a check?". Why not allow the first to choose? Food ok. The beer was sour, I understand the champagne restaurant, but ... (Original) Aptarnavimas tragiškas. Maistas ok. Alus buvo rūgtelėjęs, suprantu, kad šampano restoranas, bet...

(Translated by Google) We ate sushi, the food wasn’t really fascinating, crisp, it was a matter of waiting an hour, even though there weren’t really many people. Main was brought before the sushi itself, which was weird. The service is really not shiny, we received the bill only when the nails came to the bar, because when we asked to bring it in vain, we spent a good 15 minutes. The interior is beautiful, but the experience is definitely not worth the price.

Tasty sushi and starters! The menu offers wide range of different sea food and not only (you can find even roll with wagyu beef 😀). The food is truly delicious, would recommend roll with mango and tuna, as well tempura roll with prawn. We tasted mochi as well, here it is served with ice cream inside, not cream. So if you do not fancy ice cream, try another dessert. Would come back!

The nigiri were just plain awful for the price you pay for it. The rice was cold and the fish was tasteless. But I guess they have more interesting maki options and the plating looks cool. So it's easy to understand all the hype about this restaurant.

They serve some kind of fusion food. This is where the name comes from, trying to improve traditional dishes. Had soup and several sushi. Personally I think the original dishes are better, but that's my personal view. E.g. Do hate cheese in sushi, they added in spite of me asking not to do. Service was very good except of that. Quite loud outside sitting, but furniture exclusive.

New sushi place in Vilnius. Perfect beautiful place in nice district of Vilnius. New building. Food was perfect. I don't want be like a advertiser of this place - but! Outstanding! One of the rarest gems of unique Japanese cuisine in Vilnius and highly above expectations so far. Starting from the very simple but rarely so excellent Miso soup to sashimi that is comparatively expensive but well justifies the price for those that truly understand the value of where and how their fish is sourced, which makes all the difference. As does the mango in the superb Mango Mango desert, highly recommended. One can only hope this place will keep its quality and find further ways to surprise their customers - e.g. by having a true Japanese wagyu of the quality it deserves to be served.

(Translated by Google) Although the food is good, but the service is limp. When visiting for the first time we were served very kindly, but the last time I was disappointed. All tables, both outdoors and indoors, were reserved (the action took place at 17:00, there were no signs informing about reservations). We got no alternative but to eat fast until the other guests arrived, just a table practically on the street and in the sun.
