The person in the store was very helpful and so nice to as and was very patient with our cat and helped us find the perfect recovery suit. Very grateful for the excellent service!

Didnt sell cat food so this is the only reason cant give 5 stars. However the selection of cat toys and cat trees was suburb we will certainly be going back the staff were really helpful and friendly, thank you

Love this place! It is truly animal heaven 😍🤩🤩 !! It has so many options. Best on the island. We got out cats the biggest tree we saw and it's like a castle. Will definitely go again and would highly recommend!

Really good store to get pet furniture - easy 5 stars and they are so friendly in there. Opening times on a Saturday though … google has until 1pm on a Saturday which is the only negative. Traffic was so bad getting there so only arrived at 1245 but we stayed until nearly 2pm so not sure they are correct as no one mentioned it. Cannot be closing at 1pm on a day that is primarily a family shopping day and this is a great place to take the kids to buy a treat for a furry family member : )

Excellent customer service, helped transport a very heavy vivarium to my car which was far away even though he didnt have to. Plus quality products. Highly recommended

Usually I don't put reviews, but this shop deserve a super positive review, I stopped looking at the window to have a look what he have,I was with my son looking for a cage but the shop was already closed, suddenly came out a guy and he offer me If I need something,and I replied yes I came to buy a cage,but I understand that now it's time up so I will come tomorrow, this guy he offered us to get in and he took his time to help me to see my son happy.
