Website states aircon in rooms,but there isn't. Great restaurant and ideal location for exploring. Good service.

Super nice hotel- the villas are nice- we stayed there. Need a bit more attentive housekeeping- but certainly- a good and sound lodging experience. Amazing service/ amazing breakfast

Situated in a beautiful area, this hotel is very close to Durmitor National Park (UNESCO) and Tara Bridge. Everything was great (staff, room, dinner, bar), and I made a friend. I'm so glad to know that he is not a stray dog but that he belongs to the hotel. We named him Burno. I don't know his real name. He was so affectionate towards us. I wanted to say bye when leaving the area, but he was not there that morning. I'll miss him so much. Montenegro is so underrated. Now we are in Perast and are visiting nearby areas. The entire country is so picturesque and breathtaking. So underrated.

Fantastic place. Rooms excellent, restaurant was excellent, good location. Special mention to Bojan at front desk for going above and beyond in helping us eith everything, especially helping us retrieve lost luggage

The service is absolutely awful! Very very slow! We waited for 60 minutes for the food and 30 minutes for the dessert. Waiters were very lazy and didn’t acknowledge. Food is very poor and I would not recommend. I spent 2.5 hours in this restaurant due to the poor service.

We only went to the restaurant. The place is nice but the service at the restaurant is very very very slow. Count more than 1h waiting for your plate and with no one else at all in the restaurant except 2 people that arrived 10 min later than us and left after they ate while we were still waiting our dishes.. . We ordered 3 main dishes only. There are several waiters but you never see any of them. Waiting 30 min before cleaning the table. Had to go to the bar asking for wine after waiting for 20 min some waiter to show his face but never did. The same with desert which I again ordered at the bar....For the bill watch out because they even tried to bill us 10 eur more...It's a shame this restaurant is run so poorly as the food is quite good.

Superb. Stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip in the country and can not praise the staff, quality of the food or general atmosphere more. Literally surpassed our expectations. Even trying the other restaurants in Zabljak they didn't come close to what SOA offered. On checkout the lovely receptionist asked for feedback etc and we could not fault it. If we return to Zabljak this will be the only place I'd stay. The hotel is also superb at booking tours and giving general advice on what to do. 5 star.

Such a wonderful experience to stay here. Loved the very warm welcome. And our time at the spa (at no ekstra cost) What a treat! Next morning it had snowed so much, no car could get up the road. Luckily we had chains in the car, but no clue on how to use them. Hotel staff was so kind to help us attach and they even lent some for cars, that didn't have, to get them up the road. Amazing experience! Loved it all the way through! 😍😍😍😍😍
