Hotel location is perfect, if you are looking for a place literally by the sea. It's about 100 m to the sand dunes and another 100 m to the beach. But there goes the downfall...The carpet in the room hasn't been vacuumed for ages - full of hairs, sand and little pieces of paper/cardboard!? Cabinets by the bed were dirty from some sorts of sticky liquid left by the previous room guests...The bedding was so stiff, rough and old-school...I'm out of words. And of course, you can run out of hot water in this hotel...it's limited! So much to improve...We didn't have any meals there or SPA service, so I cannot review that.

Typical beach holiday resort. I stayed there in September and the place was very empty. Nice facilities and beautiful location by the Baltic Sea. Endless sand beaches... The staff certainly tries their best but... English is spoken very little. Most guests are local and Russian.

Everything was pretty good ,staff was very nice and polite ,food well made (Im a chef myself so I'm a little picky about that ),but pool and bubble bath was a bit on the colder side ,it was not very pleasant to sit and relax in that kind of temperature. Oh and in the room balcony doors should get fixed ,it doesn't isolate sound enough ,all in all it we had a good time ,will probably come back some day

Very nice place, calm localisation, very clean in building and surrounding, very polite and nice staff, I recommend.

Cozy and beautiful place. Clean rooms, spa, restaurant. Delicious breakfast, restaurant service was perfect, but dinner was poor (no soup, warm beer). Receiption girl was unprofessional (didn't know how many enters to balcony rooms have and overall didn't know nothing about the hotel). Hotel and it's big and beautiful territory have a big problem with garbage collection - I couldn't find any recycle bin. And it is the main reason why hotel's beach was very dirty. My opinion: if hotel wants to provide high level service, it should take care of his beach. In general, accomodation prices are bigger then services provided.

The only good thing about this place is massage. Pool and sauna area is a joke. Pool is so small, there's no place for more than 4 people. Restaurant won't cook food unless you ordered it in advance. So you're left without dinner (nearest open place is god knows where). Service at reception is very poor. Can't really recommend. Won't come back.

Amazing place to stay for holidays or weekend! We came here second time and sure will come back again. Nice staff, beautiful location, good food was all we needed for a romantic getaway.

Had to wait 2 hours for check-in, we had a tv in room with broken remote so we could'nt use it properly, u must be first in breakfast because as example at 10 o'clock there is almost no food left. As we checked in we got a room that was with people inside. Swimmingpool temperature was low and had no comfort to swim in

Location is great, but except that nothing was decent enough. Check in process takes ages, receptionist was horrible, no simple polite communication, no making simple requests to happen (asked for shampoo to the room like three times and was suggested to look for room service girls by myself). Spa is rrally small and average quality. Definitely too pricey for this value. Wouldn't recommend it

Worst hotel we've ever been too. We got a room with no air conditioner, and no musquito net on the door to the balcony, which is also the only window. We had to sleep in a room infested with musquitos on the first floor, practically allowing anyone to enter from the street. Breakfest was fine, diner was disguisting. The room wasn't quite hygienic, room service did nothing but taking our towels (and not bringing new ones). The room keys stopped working twice. Tap water smelled like sewers, and the shower got plunged. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Not bad, not great, overall quite good experience. Just very rude and unprofessional administrator, not service-minded at all (on June 11). Cold pool water, also it was too slippery around, a lot of splashed water in the area. On the other hand, rooms where nice and clean with big balcony. Other staff - very friendly. Breakfast was also great, for all tastes. Very beautiful roof terrace.

The spa and rooms were clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial treatment . Attendants were courteous, professional and thorough. Also reception employee Andra routinely meets and exceeds expectations in all areas of responsibility and Produces high-quality work were I would go back and definitely recommend this spa.
