I have been going to this business for almost a year now. Most of the girls did a good job in general and were willing to help and serve. Last time I went, for artificials a nail broke 2-3 days after I got them (which has happened again). I contacted the manager since I would be away and would rather not leave with 9 and 1/2 nails so we can find a day to fix it. While he told me that he would be in touch for a while, they never responded to my messages again and left me like that, leaving me with no time to go to another place. The girl who did it for me that day couldn't do anything I asked for (even though when I made the appointment I sent exactly what I wanted and the reply was "you'll find it with the girls") and the work on the cuticles was unacceptable resulting in me leaving full of wounds. No respect for customers and mediocre work. Fortunately, businesses are opening up everywhere in this industry and we don't have to tolerate such behaviors.

I have visited this particular shop several times and have been quite pleased with the acrigel and pedicure services, which was not the case the last few times either. The penultimate time the maintenance was not done correctly.. initially the girl (I had never seen her before) did not remove my previous color well, which was black, and in order to cover it, she put a ton of white milky, making the nail too thick. . after 1-2 weeks, nails left and right left as if nothing was holding them, having stayed with 5 and until the next appointment arrived with 4 (yes, my job is not an office job, but they never left so easily and effortlessly again) .It was hollow underneath, something we discovered at the upcoming appointment as a result of which mold has formed underneath. Naturally, I couldn't do anything on top because it would create more issues. So we removed the 4 remaining nails (for which removal I paid 5 euros). We used a transparent base with glitter to make it less visible which I paid €15 for. I don't write bad reviews but the fact that right now my nails are green I think is enough The only positive thing about the whole shop and the reason I made appointments again and again at the beginning is Maro, who has an incredible desire to serve you in the best way and offer you the result you want

Ms. Maria (Maro) in Suave Dafni is a real nail expert. Other nail salon failed to fix my nail exactly as I wanted and needed and she is the only one who made my nails last longer. Her technique is amazing. She is very sweet and friendly. SUAVE is really the best at their service.

Pleasant and kind girls but I didn't like the work on the skins at all - almost no work was done on the skins, as well as the painting in many places is on the skins so as a final result the only positive thing is that it is a cheap store otherwise neither cleanliness or anything else unfortunately
