Nice staff, clean rooms, towels and bed sheets are changed at 2-3 days or sooner on request. A big plus is the private pool which is amazingly well been taken care of. Sunbeds are free and you can enjoy food and drinks from the pool bar where the service is quick and good. For dinner you can cook your own meals in your room but if you want to go to a taverna you need to drive between 3-7km. The beach is ok, but the sea is full of rocks so prepare to have swimming shoes as you can also find under the water sea urchins. Also many jellyfish are washed ashore daily and they swim in water on hot days. You can also see nice fishes in the water if you manage to dive. Private parking is ok in the inside yard, safe but can be difficult to park if you have a big car and the hotel is full. If you want to drink a good coffe consider to bring your own coffee machine, in an area of 15km around the hotel i couldn't find a good coffee although i tried several locations.

Boutique beachfront hotel with excellent service! We stayed here for one week during our summer holiday. We were just happy about everything! Rooms are spacious and bright. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, we loved that the hotel is obviously family-run. Breakfast ist excellent and varies from day to day. The outdoor areas are just beautiful with the pool and bar directly on the private beach.

Having stayed in more hotels of any category/class than 95% of people, I am sorry to say that this is a truly (google) 5* establishment. Sorry because I enhance its good reputation and therefore potentially increase its mean pricing and occupancy make it difficult to find availability in the future. ;-) Charmed by owner Danai and found good advice by her brother. A 5*er all around. You won't find cleaner 5* hotels.

This hotel is a real little oasis on a beautiful beach. We didn't expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness at a high level, the accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. The bar by the pool plays wonderful relaxing music and serves fast food and some types of salads, and the beach on which the hotel is located is beautiful. The prices are quite ok and not too expensive considering that you are right on the beach. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful yard with soft grass that simply entices children to do tricks and stars, play football and hide and seek. The hotel is owned by a nice family, and the hotel itself has such a family atmosphere. We spent here a perfect 7 days and I believe we will visit this place again. I recommend it to families with small children because it has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. I think that the photos that you can find on the Internet do not describe the real state of the hotel, it is much nicer alive. My only suggestion of what could be better is a little more shelves and drawers and storage space. Anywas, place is perfect!

I cannot but give this establishment less the 5, although in all honesty it is strong 3.75! Danai and Yani (sister and brother, inherited the property ran by their parents for last 25 years) are simply amazing people! Danai is more into customer relationship and tending to the smallest needs of the guests, and Yani is more into making sure that Internet works, great pool cleaned and other maintenance ;-) (Sorry, Yani!) The place is spotless. Our room (overlooking the see, garden, the pool and Kassandra, all at the same time) was implacably maintained by Pepi from Bulgaria (Thank you Pepi :-) After learning that much was invested into this property over the years, if I may, I would recommend few totally side things: like garbage can at the bar/pool/beach area, a little change in breakfast menu, better espresso :-) at breakfast, a little more professionalism (although, we personally enjoyed familiarity!), cleaning the 3 m of the seashore area (from rocks and algae).... during the rain storm our roof cover was leaking (over our huge balcony), the layout of the room could be better utilized....but all in all, Alkinoos was an amazing experience for us) Thank you Danai, Yani, Pepi, Leo... and other family! You were our family during those two weeks at the beginning of June, 2019!

Excellent! I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Big Thanks to the cleaning staff and the pool lady for the great services! Perfect for families with childrens! Free parking and Wi-fi. The beach is ok, not the best one, but is never crowded, the water is clear. There are really good beaches nearby (20-30km) for the perfectionists. Definitely Will visit it again!

It was just so peaceful and nice and it was a great time to be there, although ona day was stormy and had rain. I would love to come back Its a shame that there is no near by place to have dinner in

It was very expensive regarding its facilities.The rooms were poor and old and the single beds so small that even my child didn't fit. Without breakfast of course. Our worst hotel.

It would be nice if there were more palm trees or trees

Good location, near the sandy beach. Big swimming pool with child area, family friendly environment, big garden with oiltrees. Very clean, but old fashioned rooms with air conditioning and very basic kitchen equipment. Good value for your money, recommended.
