One of the most amazing,stunning and breathtaking byzantine church/monastery of all time. Inside the temple a person can witness a large variety of murals from saints and their story. Just looking at those pretty rare wall paintings make you wanna burst into tears. Although the atmosphere is hefty through natural declines of time , it is preserved in a very good condition by locals. There is also a gift shop and a cafeteria nearby with low prices and a exquisite lake view.

11th century Greek Orthodox church. Interesting icons: I'm Greek and I haven't seen that big size icons before. Interestingly, the faces of the saints have been scratched off by Muslim invaders.
