This is a short Taxi ride out from the centre of Paphos but so worth it. It is an Oasis in a desert of mediocrity, the beer on draught is well cared for and the food is second to none I have had in the past week and a half. I'm Happy I am able to fit in a visit to try out the locally famous all you can eat Sunday Lunch at €13.99. The host is larger then life and his long suffering wife gives as good as she gets. They were made for the Pub Trade. Do your self a favour and visit next time your in the area 🥂

Fun pub with decent entertainment in the heart of chlorakas. Had the Sunday roast which was far to small and overpriced but apart from that excellent day out

Awesome food, awesome people. A welcome haven from the Paphos tourist traps that don't even bother to answer the phone. This is authentic Cypriot cuisine prepared by a master and served by the most gracious and attentive servers you will ever experience. From start to finish a heartwarming experience. Had a Davey Woodford night - with food - here, last Saturday. Davey was superb, the food was excellent (steak and onion pie) and as for the Landlord.... a different headdress every time he did his circuit (even handed a wig to me) - quite a character. The evening was probably the highlight of our stay, this time.

The Local is a fantastic pub the staff are brilliant they will go out of there way for you . The food is gorgeous, to me the food is the best I have had all the time been in Paphos . I will highly recommend The Local Pub .

Family run restaurant in Chlorokas village. International menu with lots of variety. We've always had very nice food there.
