Lovely place. Friendly staff. We stayed in Cleo. Whilst the room had a character of its own and was rather spacious with two lovely bathrooms on each floor it was a little dark inside. Not many windows with natural light coming in. Let’s just say it was true to its name … mythic 😉 The breakfast is served in the courtyard which is gorgeous. A good breakfast but some items should be served warm and the tea was not served with boiling water. Overall I recommend this place as the hostess Stella was fabulous! She even went the extra mile to reserve us a parking infront if the hotel and provided us with good tips on where we should visit in the area!

Very charming and cozy hotel with incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Every single one of them was very kind during our stay, offering suggestions for hikes and for great local food. The breakfast is delicious and incredibly generous, it was hard not to leave stuffed every morning. It’s well located in town and 15 minute walk from the trailhead to the Bath of Zeus or the E4 trail to prionia and Olympus. There’s no dedicated parking but us and other guests managed to always find parking in front of the hotel.

Very close to the road to the mountain, and 6 min drive to great beaches. Walking to all city center sites, river. Very clean. Host very helpful for trip planning

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The hospitality is amazing, felt like home. When we got there we were greeted with smiles and a homemade cranberry shot. (I don't drink much but it was great). Stella the host (super sweet and kind) took her time and wrote us an itinerary on where to go around town. We only stayed one night but I would definitely come back in the future. The morning we left she brought us a complimentary homemade breakfast in the courtyard, it was probably one of the best breakfasts we've had in Greece. I can only giver her 5 stars on here but I would give her 100 if I could.

Wonderfully cozy hotel nearby the heart of Litochoro and a close 10 Mt Olympus visitor center (about 40 min total to the top. The host was so nice and accommodating and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and trails along Mt. Olympus. The breakfast each day was amazing and delicious! There was a good selection of pastries, fruit, and juices! The room was so nice and cozy. We were in the MELPOMENI room and it was very pleasant. The iron bed did squeak a little bit but unless you're jumping or other activities.... It was fine for sleeping. The room was located on the ground floor so the larger issue for us was the thin ceiling that made every noise from the upstairs guest very noticeable. I don't believe they were louder than normal, but you can clearly hear them walking or running around, and they seemed to do it at all hours of the night; making the stay a little less enjoyable. We would return for another stay for overall it was very lovely; we would just ensure we stay on the top floor.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to do hiking around Mount Olympus. Easy check-in through keypad for people like us getting in late by train/bus. Excellent room and perfect location to enjoy Litochoro and close to the town square to catch taxis. The host was incredibly friendly. She was fine with storing our bag post-checkout while we were out hiking, and since we missed the hotel breakfast, she sent us on our way for the hike with cakes and some incredibly tasty cheese pies.

What a beautiful place!! It is very classic, old world with modern luxury and everything anybody needs for a comfortable stay. Stella (Στέλλα) takes care of the place in such a matter that I was sure she was the owner, she treat you not like a customer, but like a friend coming to her house. They call it “ guest house “ and I agree , you don’t feel like a customer in the hotel, here in Mythic Valley you feel like you are in someone’s home :-) It’s a clean, super comfortable place to stay. I know I already mention Stella, but I have to say that she goes above and beyond any other hotel manager I have ever encountered. My family and I have a great time here in Lythohori!! Breakfast included, it is wonderful and plentiful !! For sure, I want to come back and stay here again !! We live in the USA , but I love coming to Greece as often as possible. Now Lythohori is on the top of my list to re visit. Thanks Stella, Eva and the rest of the Mystic team for your hospitality, and great recommendations around this area. Normally, I don’t like to write reviews, but this time was very much worth it !!

Great location in the city center. Rooms clean, comfortable with terrific amenities (slippers, etc…). Our room even had a glass floor! The breakfast is delicious and makes this stay a great value. Evening check in recommended a short hike where we had terrific mount Olympus views. Highly recommend!

Ein sehr schönes und romantisches Hotel, im Zentrum von Litochoro gelegen. Sehr schöne und große Zimmer die einladen nicht aus dem Zimmer zu gehen. Schöne Dusche in der man richtig gut entspannen kann. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück das einem am Tisch serviert wird. Faire Zimmerpreise. Sehr nettes Personal das sehr hilfsbereit ist. Im ganzen eine super Location für Paare und Familien.

This was one of the most beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in - big, with quality materials (mix of wood and stone), very comfortable bed/pillows, perfect temperature and nice light in the morning. Really, it was extremely hard to leave this place and we regret not spending more time here. The location is central, yet on a quiet street, with no noise or traffic at night. Even if it were any noise, if you close the windows you don't hear anything from outside anymore - for those of you who also are light sleepers. From Litochoro you can hike many trails on Olymp - the most popular one is E4 but, whichever trail you choose, the views are breathtaking.

We stayed at Mythic Valley for the second time. This place is perfect if you want to hike in the mountains. The beginning of the enipeas Canyon can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. From there you can start small tours or even the climbing of the summit. In addition, the hostess always has good suggestions for interesting excursion destinations in the area. Moreover the breakfast is excellent.

A really great place to stay. Comfortable room, beautifully renovated, good air-conditioning, on tap hot water, great breakfast on the terrace. Very well situated in the middle of the town. Stella, the hostess, was just great. Eat where she recommends you to, go where she tells you to and you won't go wrong. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice The room was exceptional,clean and cozy. What is worth mentioning is the breakfast..! Apart from the fact that you may take it in your room, is very rich and covers many tastes!

A beautiful hotel B+B, very well maintained and in a great location to explore Litochoro and the wonderful Mount Olympus. An excellent breakfast was enjoyed it the lovely courtyard setting. Our hostess, Stella, was very friendly, helpful and informative. As does as she says and makes you feel at home.

We just visited this lovely hotel. It was incredibly centrally located and allowed for us to walk everywhere in town. Our absolute favorite part of the hotel was the amazing breakfasts. Stella prepared delicious homemade cakes, spanakopita, yogurt, and jams each day. Stella's breakfast and kindness make a stay spectacular.

Everything was good: the location, the room, very clean everything, lots of food for breakfast, everybody very nice and helpful, especially Stella, who helped us with special requests (e. g. for breakfast) and questions and gave us a very helpful description of the walking tours we could do around the Olymp 👍🏻👍🏻 thank you

Mythic Valley is a beautiful place close to the centre. The room we had was traditional and beautiful. There's plenty of parking space and you easily walk to the restaurants or start your hike from here. The breakfast is nice, fresh and you have enough choice if you have specific dietary wishes (there's fruit, yoghurt, egg, bread, pastry, coffee, tea, juice, water). We had a bit of noise from the neighbors upstairs but overall had a good stay.
