The hotel is OK, but not a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are nice and cleaned every day. The furniture is a little bit old but is not something disturbing. In the rooms situated on the first floor we had a big ant problem. Each day we had them scrawling in the room. There were also some ants in the restaurant. The staff can be divided in two categories: very friendly and the other part that expected tips in advance in order to put water on the table. All the food was tasty and very well cooked, But the restaurant looked like a cafeteria: full, noisy and not very “good looking “. The beach was sandy but kind of dirty. Each day we had problems with the sun beds that were occupied with towels In advance.. some of them stayed empty through the entire day. The beach security was arrogant and talked down to the people… The pools are clean and spacious, each night there was a special artistic program on the terrace..

Absolutely brilliant hotel, we've been to Tunisia on nine holidays and this hotel is far the best we've ever been to in Tunisia. The service,rooms and all the staff are brilliant and very attentive to all our needs. The beach is clean and well presented. If we can we will be back in march this year. We prefer to come out of season and chill out and what a place to chill out in. As for the weather it's been fantastic and very hot. I can't thank the management and staff enough for making this holiday so relaxing and wonderful. Thanks to the animation staff who work their socks off to entertain us throughout the day.

The entertainment was amazing, they made our stay more fun and special. The rooms were perfectly clean and the food was lovely!

Mediocre hotel, 3 star at best. Rooms were dirty, closets were freshly painted on the inside, strong paint smell in the room. Fridge not working, no tv remote control, asked one at reception, never came. Dirty bed sheets, bathrooms also not clean. Wifi barely working in the room, not usable. Private beach full of alges, all sun beds were taken at 7 am. Pool is ok, pool bar available 4-5 hours a day. Food was the best part of this hotel, diverse, lots of fish, wine came in full bottles, very good. The single a la carte restaurant was dissapointing, all inclusive restaurant is better.

The staff was very polite and was always trying for the customers to feel good. The sea is a little bit dirty (with the plants and the flora and with the human dirt). It would be excelent if you could clean the sea (because there's nothing to do with the education of the people). There are many ants around the resort (some even in the room). But overall we had a wonderful time.

I would have gladly given 5 stars but there are some things that you need to fix: first is the AC inside. You have to do something about that as it does not work properly anywhere apart from the rooms. Pool schedule is way too short, pool closes at 6 pm when the kids still want to play and the sun doesn't burn that much. The food is great, service is great, 5* for those

If you have dietary requirements, this might not be the best option: there are no allergy labels. Food was locally sourced and seasonal. Not many options for vegans. I would advise bringing your own essential food items. If you provide ingredients and recipe, restaurant manager will prepare it for you. (I had informed hotel upon booking but it wasn't communicated to kitchen and nothing was arranged/prepared beforehand) The kids club and disco were a hit. The massage in the spa is very good and comes with affordable packages. Hammam wasn't as good. The beach was cluttered with seaweed maybe because it was off season. However, the other hotel fronts were cleaned/maintained and made walking on the beach nicer. Despite being December, I had a nice swim in the sea (although it was only me). The indoor pools are small, mostly for children.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is competent. And it's especially cool to spend time here in the evening with friendly and good animators. Every evening there is a theme party for both children and adults with great enthusiasm. Thanks for the good memories.

Lovely rooms and nice beach. Entertainment team were always lively and good at getting people involved. Did the aqua aerobics in the sea which was a laugh. Evening entertainment was every night so never boring!

Our stay at the Sentido Bellevue exceeded our expectations, before arriving we were a little apprehensive due to reading a few negative reviews but we took the chance to experience for ourselves. We were so glad we did, everything from hotel environment, the amazing rooms, the entertainment, the absolutely beautiful beach and the wide range of cuisines available. Definitely a family friendly hotel and will most definitely visit again. Experience Sentido for yourself and you will not be disappointed.

Nice hotel. Good food. Animation team is really good and hard working. Everybody who works in the hotel is really kind. Entertainment in the evening is really good. Most of the shows are done by the animation team. The mini disco is so much fun for the kids.

I spent a few days on a business trip and I had a great time with all the hard work we did, the service and comfort made it a relaxing experience, highly recommended for families with kids, business men and a vacation with friends. Plenty of greenery and fresh water, at night it gets pretty festive and the staff are very fun and energetic!

The place is really great to relax and to cool down, a big pool with loads of space to sunbathe and close to the beach. The food is also really good - a lot of different plates and you can even observe how the meat is grilled. The only point which was not worth a 5 star hotel were the drinks. They only have coffee machines where you get an instant powdered coffee from Nestlé with powdered milk (no real milk in the cappuccino). It was sad to drink this for several days, with no possibility of having a real coffee. Also the juices weren't real juices - the orange juice was watery and too sweet (not a real orange juice). But all in all, a great hotel. If they would upgrade the drinks, it would be 5* without any complaint at all. Also great and nice staff!! :-)

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The food could have been better, since both my partner and I had digestive problems the last few days. The staff was however always friendly and very attentive.

Great hotel. Everything was perfect, except the Internet. It was everywhere (good) but the speed and stability was not so good. Also, unfortunately, the reception and hallways were not air conditioned so our baby had to stay in our room most of the day, where air conditioning was fine. If you don't have a baby, it's fine as you will probably not spend too much time in the common rooms. Sea was very good. There were occasional medusas, but we were warned by the travel agent and we accepted the risk, so no complaints here.

This is not a luxury five star hotel. AC almost not working in common areas. Food is excellent, thanks for the chefs! Alcoholic drinks are basic and some of them could not be served during my stay. Staff was very polite and friendly, they really work hard. Ants in the room and bugs in the bathtub. The sea water was full of jelly fish that often bite so the pool saved us. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but would never go there again.

I was expecting much more from 5 star hotel and I can’t understand the good reviews... Hotel area is stinky and due to the high humidity it smells musty. Also the sewer system isn’t built good for sure, so there's an awful smell in the area. Poor cleanliness, especially the plates and cutlery in the restaurant always seemed greasy. Coffee from the machine was a disaster. Food is okay, sometimes good but as I said the plates and cutlery seem greasy so eating there wasn't a pleasant experience. Also they work hard on a first experience when you enter to the hotel, so the first day food is gonna be good and then get worse day by day. Beach area is small, also not clean. I didn’t want to swim there. Our check-in was at 14:00 and we were very tired from the flight. We were waiting for 45 minutes in the reception to get the keys and it wasn’t ready yet. As hotel receptionist noticed that we were very uncomfortable they told us to wait for 5 mins so they can give us another room (not the one we booked). We booked double room and they give us a room with two different beds connected. They hadn’t changed the linen for the whole week, bathroom was outdated and it wasn't comfortable to take a shower there. Room and linen also had musty smell. On our last day there we extended our stay until the evening. After 12։00PM, we were trying to sleep and rest because we had a night flight coming and we received 3 calls that we didn't answer. Ten minutes after that someone was knocking the door very hard. After knocking 2-3 times the hotel worker just opened the door (which was closed from the inside by the way ) with a key and came inside to tell us that our bus is leaving (which was not). I mean, what kind of hotel service does that!? Are you allowed to break in into your guests room? I went to the reception to complain and they told me it was a little misunderstanding. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, rooms are large and clean, cooling in the room is excellent, there is none in the corridors. The staff is very helpful and friendly, only the arrogance of some waiters in the dining room disturbs. By the pool, all praise goes to the animators, and especially to the waiter Hamdi.

The hotel is great with spacious rooms and surroundings. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The service is at great level comparing to other hotels in the same category. The SPA area is fantastic with experienced personnel. Tried twice during my stay and more than satisfied. Otherwise the few things I didn't like are: - Rooms need a bit more maintenance - When the number of guests is big the staff are losing it and it's visible that they are understaffed. - I can't understand the concept of no coffee policy during lunch and dinner and that you have to go by yourself to the bar on a different floor to order a coffee - Number of places on the beach is less than 20% of Hotel capacity

Fantastic hotel with a high standard. Very nice service both in the restaurant and at the reception. Very clean, cleaning ladies do their job on a regular basis. The hotel is near the beach. Sandy beach. It is worth visiting the SPA, the treatments there are sensational.

I stayed there one week and it was very pleasant stay, clean and quite hotel so it’s great for relaxing vacation. Various choice of food and very good. Salad buffe, local cuisin, pasta and fish. Swimming pool are great, the only disappointing part of my trip was the hotel located in kind of bay, so all waste gathered there so it wasn’t pleasant to visit sea :( couple hundred meter it was very clean and clear, thank you for nice stay and to Ms Khawla who recommend this place for me

Hotel is old but refurbished.staff is helpful and kind. I especially would like to recommend Mr Mukhtar who is restaurant manager very good person. He looks after all guest. I had a issue having Tunisian food every day. He actually manage to get me English food every day. I will not recommend spa that much as I find the spa guy bit rude. He do not explain you any thing but force to book spa. I booked one he promised 30 min massage package but I only got 15 min so if you want to book it make sure you get the full time because they can cheat you. The mini bar which they says is included in all inclusive it’s not they will only give you first one Caen per person then you have to pay for rest.

Very nice hotel, extremely attentive and friendly staff team. It was very quiet at the time, which suited us, the rooms were very clean and tidy, good location to Port El Kantaoui, and Sousse. I would definitely go back, great week.

I came here for Christmas with my daughter. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time in Tunisia. From the moment we were greeted at the front of the hotel to the moment we left on our last day ALL the staff were absolutely amazing. I’ve never met such kind hearted people anywhere else in the world. A huge thank you to Nino from the entertainment team who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and always looked after us. I will definitely visit again the the summer time.

Stay from April 28 - May 5. Honestly, I am very surprised by this country and the most people who are very nice, friendly and positive. Hotel service - barmans, waiters, amateurs, cleaners, reception service is really nice, helpful and took care of us at the highest level - I have not met such a friendly reception for a long time and I have already seen some of the world :) I felt at home ❤️ When it comes to food - it was delicious, I haven't eaten such tasty dishes for a long time :) Every day something different to eat. A lot to choose from meat and vegetables, fruits and delicious desserts :) A big thank you to all the staff who cares about all the guests :) I have already returned to Poland and I recommend your hotel to all my clients and friends :) Thank you very much for a great holiday :) P.s. see you soon❤️❤️❤️

Love the location, the beach is amazing, sand so white and sea very clear. We were lucky that we had fairly decent weather for Feb half-term. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. If you have young kids, definitely a place to come. We had the standard room, which was modern and loved the mosaic bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Can’t begin to explain how amazing this hotel is! From the moment we arrived we was greeted with open arms and made comfortable whilst they got our rooms ready. Everyone from the cleaners, waiters, chefs and every other person was absolutely lovely. The animation team massive hats off to them.. they really got us all involved and because we went out of holiday season, they were able to come and spend time with us! The hotel itself is so beautiful and the rooms definitely lived up to 5*. The hotel is right on the beach with water activities. Me and my family loved it and we will be back next year for sure!!

A really wonderful holiday, a delicious variety buffet,nice recpition, nice stuff and a good services at the restaurant and the bar. Our kids did had a lot of fun at the mini club and we enjoyed all the entertainment activities like the archery... the atmosphere at nights also was amazing,we will back .
