All I can say is animation team killed it, best holiday ever! Tunisian people are by far the happiest and friendliest. Bar staff brilliant, restaurant staff incredible. Hotel is beautiful but the animation team made my stay the best!!

Honestly would not recommend this hotel. Staff: I went with a friend, both in our 20’s and we were constantly harassed by the staff asking for our WhatsApp, our Facebook, giving us comments… we just wanted a relaxing get away and could not stay for 30 minutes in the pool without a staff member coming to us. Moreover, they are also constantly trying to sell you programs, massages, tours and taking your pictures without consent. They do not know how to hear a no, as they keep insisting after you say no multiple times. It made us uncomfortable and was a big inconvenience, as we kept trying to run away and avoid the male staff. Not all were like this, but a great majority. We also did not have a very nice experience with one of the reception staff which seemed to be doing us a favor everytime we went to ask something. It was quite rude. Food: The food was also not very good. If you didn’t have all inclusive, there was nowhere to eat or buy food because the restaurants were all closed (because it is still off season). Overall: A lot of services advertised in the website were also not available due to being off season. This should be disclosed in the website. The rooms and furniture were quite old.The shower/bathtub was so old it seemed dirty. The keycards stopped working every single day and we had to go to the reception to re-activate them. Again, the worst part was the staff. It really did make us uncomfortable.

Everything was good, except for the food in the middle of the day. It was not very good and very dry, like the burger and chicken. Other than that, it was excellent and one of the best experiences for me and my family.

The hotel feels well taken care of, with clean indoor and outdoor pools. Our family room was very spacious and had a great pool view. The indoor pool was warm enough to bathe in November, the outdoor pool was rather cool, and so was the beach, which didn't stop me from taking an evening bath in its crystalline water after sundown. The water doesn't get deep near the shore and is safe for kids or bad swimmers. There are many activities, I only tried arching, because I was so busy exploring the island by car. There are activities every night with loud tacky all inclusive music, photographers and all the other all inclusive stuff. If you have time, I encourage you to venture around Djerba on your own (Houmt Souq for shopping -and the island's jewish neighborhood, Hara seghira for street art and the El Ghriba temple). Absolutely worth exploring the roman Site of Gigthis outside the island -and ditch the overpriced camel /horse/quad rides. Taxis should not be too expensive and the island felt very safe. This hotel was great for resting and eating between adventures!

The most pleasant surprise I had in years! In Tunísia, Djerba is definitely an “island” to visit in June, for its warm and clear water and absolutely amazing weather! ☀️ Considering what I saw, the right hotel to stay is undoubtedly Iberostar Mehari Djerba! ⭐️ With great accommodations, numerous activities and animation, this hotel shines most for the people working in it! For someone used to Portuguese cuisine, I can’t say food is amazing, but at least diverse enough! 😉 A special thank you to Farid serving at L’Olivier beach restaurant, that was the most cheerful person I could met, and to Mohamed, for being such a charming person, serving an unforgettable Italian dinner. 🤩 All nights are full of great shows with great dancers and animators that gave me a wonderful time, with a special thanks to Amir, whose youth and grace always made me smile 👌 Although the hotel has amazing pools and several water related sports, there’s no way beach activities can be missed, so I definitely recommend you get a tattoo with Mahmoud and his special little friends (the tiniest little turtle and chameleon ever), as well as a horse ride with the friendliest Philippe, Walid’s white horse, and finally the amazing 🐪 ride with the gracious Maurice, who’s really well taken care by Amor Fatfet! 🥰 Already miss it, so I’ll go back for sure! 😉🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The buffet is large. The food is good. Rooms are newly renovated. There are different facilities: swimming pool, spa .. Yet I didn't like the atmosphere. There was a nasty smell when we enter the hotel. The price was fair though.

This hotel is beautiful🤩- rooms, restaurants, swimming pools - just wonderful! The hotel is located very close to the Mediterranean Sea, about 200 meters from the beach. The service is PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Very nice and helpful people, especially in the canteen🥘 I hope we will meet again in Djerba! Greetings from Poland!❤️🇵🇱

Very good hotel. Nice location and environment. Good restaurant offer. Great animation and kids areas. The only two bad things were the warm desserts and the loud music from the Italians hotel next to it until 4 AM

The kind of place you go to become a tanned vegetable. All inclusive, turn off your brain. 5/5 for the outdoor pool. 3/5 for the indoor pool - closes at 6pm is absolute garbage. 3/5 for buffet - huge spread but quality of meat is lacking. Also, prawns cooked in large batch are sometimes inconsistent and undercooked. Last night of 8 day Saharansky tour.

The stay was very good and the staff very helpful mainly Jawhara that showed her interest in the hotel and Djerba, and took the time to explain us more about the local traditions and customs

Perfect with kids. Heated indoor swimming pool is great early March, when weather was sunny, but bit windy. Wide variety of foods at buffet breakfast and dinner; we especially enjoyed the local specialties, local breads and pastries freshly prepared (see photos).

I spend a week in this hotel with my family. I am Arab. I was treated as a second level client. The services at the bar were at some point cursing in low voices when I approach them for non-alchohlic drinks. The animation guys were not approaching us because of our Arab features. But you see very obviously how they laugh with blond Europeans, reciving them with big smiles etc.. As we paid like others, we were expecting an equal service, and this is what we did not get. Very sahmeful act. However, this is a knowm trend in most of the hotels in Jerba, very unprofessional.

The staff is very energetic and kind, the food was really good. The rooms are clean and comfy, all activities are provided by the hotel itself. There are activities for all kinda of ages, i would definitely recommend you to stay here.

This is an average hotel. I won't rate it 4 stars. It's more like a 3 stars. The food is always a buffet with the same food. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything from the next rooms. However, the location of the hotel is good. I would advise you to do more outdoor activities instead of staying at the hotel as there is nothing interesting to do.

Very friendly animators. Especially the fitness coach made our stay complete! Very professional approach, takes a lot of time and is very friendly. 5 stars for him! bravo for the cleaning service. The rooms are cleaned daily! One downside is the pushiness of some activity vendors. They want to sell.

Rooms are clean but outdated and tired. Beach is nice. Buffet food is not bad for an all inclusive.

The worst thing was the dirt everywhere. When i arrived at 3pm the cleaning staff was still not finished with it and they didn t clean well but the thing is the following days wasn t better either. The plates, glasses and so on in the restaurants and bars were dirty as well. The beach lays are old, dirty, many of them broken and of course very uncomfortable. The stray dogs sit on them very often and when someone goes away for a while the dogs sit even on the towels. The food wasn t great either, many things were cold but let s say you wouldn t starve even though you would expect more from a hotel with such good reviews. The hotel doesn t have enough employees.

They did not allow us to look around the hotel, but the security took us only to the pool from the street that separates the hotel and the beach. We were guests of the neighboring hotel and we said that we would only take a 5-minute walk through the hotel's courtyard. That's not ok.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had. The hotel rooms and staff were friendly but that was it. RESTAURANT: The food was always the same, mediocre and mostly cold. Have fun finding some clean plates... And you need to fight yur way through the buffet I expect this from 2 star hotel but not a 4 star. SHOPS: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THE JEWELLERY STORE IN THE HOTEL. You ask for real gold and you get fake stuff and even running after them for days and complaining to the director of the hotel, they didnt do anything. The last day they said they bring it the day after but then we were sitting in the plane!!!!! SPA: The Spa is cheap but you get what you pay... It is not worth it. The staff is nice but they do not touch you gentle Of 1h30 massage reserved and paid, we only got 30 minutes... ACTIVITIES: When doing trips they put you in stores that literally force you to buy things in order to leave. They keep harrasing you. The horses are thin and weak and look so tired We wnet to the market in Midoun and literally got pulled into the stalls. My friend even has a bruise on her arm... ANIMATION: The staff that did the animation is great. I wanted to use the bow and arrow after the official animation (as i do this as a sport at home for year and am an expert) but they said no. You want a volleyball and also no. Only during the officla time of the animation... POOL: The pool is ok but a hazard to get in. the tiles are all blue and you do not see where the next step is. Many old and yound people stumble. Walking around the pool is dangerous as most of the tiles are broken. Wear shoes all the time! 1 man slipped and fell to the ground but it took 15 minutes for the staff to react!!! Other tourists helped him BEACH: Dirty and plastic everywhere Not one chair was working and everything is broken. Half starved dogs run after you When you fall asleep, you will get woken up by locals who want to sell stuff. They annoy you till you look them. And they don't know the word NO Seriously, if i could turn back the time, I never would have gone there. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS HOTEL OR COUNTRY. And when you talk honest with them and complain, they ask you why you are so mean and they did everything for you... They cannot be honest with you.

It was a wonderful experience in which we got to know people from many cultures. Our stay was comfortable, and all the staff, whether responsible for reception, preparing food, or entertaining, were extremely courteous and professional.
