I am so sad to be writing the review because I really was hoping this hospital would be amazing but I was let down big time!!! After going to almost every hospital in Amman to find the cleanest hospital to give birth in I picked Saudi hospital. First off I was freaking out that I was giving birth in Amman specially since I’m from America and have only been to a hospital in America, but I thought it was supper clean and up to date. I had emergency c section on October 15 the dr was my Dr not form the hospital and she was amazing and the Dr for the anesthesiologist was from the hospital and he was amazing. This is the bad part, as I’m on the table being cut open naked from the bottom down a man walks into the surgery room to clean!!!! A man he not a Dr and he not a nurse you seriously telling me that he could have not waited 40 min for my surgery to be over to then come in and pick up the towels. I felt so violated and embarrassed. Then this is the part I will never forget as I was in recovery the dr in recovery keeps calling the nurses to come take me up to my room and they kept telling him on the phone she not are problem she belongs to this side back and forth and then they say I don’t have a room when I know for a fact my family is up in the room waiting for me since my husband came and checked on me and told m. I waited for so long that the medication from the c section started to go and I could feel the pain. I was sliding down on the bed and there was this one Dr a man again who was so busy trying to get me up stairs I could not ask him to help pull me up. Finally the put me up stairwa and they had to transfer me from one bed to another but because the medication was totally gone I felt everything and never in my life cried and screamed from pain that awful. If only they came and got me on time I would not have felt that pain.the second day was awful I told them I did not sleep and was having pain they did not call my Dr until I was crying from the pain hours later!!! The good things I can say that some of the nurses are sweet and really care and the hospital is supper clean!!! My baby did have to be in the baby ICU and they did take wonderful care of my baby. For the care of the baby and Dr the hospital is worth it but for the respect and privacy of it patience it a zero!!! After spending four thousand dollars at this hospital for birth they need to do better with respect

The building is nice as it is new..as soon as you step in you realize that poor management exists..I think existing management belong the 19th century. Very noisy atmosphere in most of the coredors and admin staff are talking together in a way that they don't know the basic requirements of being in the premises of a HOSPITAL not a mall. I recommend hiring professional managment to run the hospital as soon as possible and to provide continuous pro training to all staff starting with cleaners and ending with doctors.

Our experience at this hospital was extremely poor. It began with subpar medical services, as we received unsuccessful treatment involving casts. From the very beginning, we had to bear the expenses for our treatment personally. Upon revisiting and discovering the treatment's failure, the hospital staff treated us poorly and caused unnecessary delays in providing necessary care. This delay eventually led us to leave the hospital without a resolution to our health issue. Fortunately, we decided to seek treatment at another private hospital, where we received the necessary care at our own expense. This is entirely unacceptable, as hospitals are expected to provide proper and appropriate healthcare to patients without the need to seek alternative solutions at a personal cost. In summary, our experience at this hospital was highly negative and unsatisfactory. We hope that the level of service and patient care improves in the future.

From the middle of the experience, this has been a wonderful hospital. Most importantly, the staff are qualified and committed. From ER to admittance the process was systematic, scientific and speedy. Secondly, the team works collaboratively to ensure all aspects are addressed correctly. The specialists work with the floor doctors, nurses, nutritionists and lab technicians to ensure all medical aspects are covered properly. As for the room, the accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable. The TVs are even outfitted with Netflix, Prime Video and Shahid so you enjoy your stay.

Dr Suleiman Saudi and his nurse Eman were absolutely fantastic from the initial consultation phone call. Eman was thorough and took her time to understand our son’s case and make her recommendation to take before the appointment time. The minute Dr Saudi met our 6 year old son, he held his hand and made him feel at ease. He joked with him, did a detailed examination followed by his recommendations. He ended up performing a surgery for our son as well. We highly recommend the doctor, his team and the hospital. الدكتور سليمان و فريقه رائعون.

Dr.Mohammad Sammour in the ER was one of the best doctors I ever dealt with. He was professional, kept checking on me and explained everything I needed in simple terms. So I would love to thank him for the huge effort that he's putting to keep an eye on his patients all the time.

They over charged us in unfair way. Their prices are higher than Alkhaldi hospital but the service is much below. Not worth it.

The nursing staff demonstrated genuine care and passion for their work, attending to my needs and dietary preferences. The hospital maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the entire staff exhibited a high level of professionalism. Moreover, Saudi Hospital boasts a team of highly skilled doctors who are focused on your well-being rather than materialistic concerns, setting them apart from other hospitals. Had American US doctors here in the country of America take a look at his work(Dr nassan) as well as my overall health after surgery n his care...I learned that my surgery n health was a botched surgery, I've been dooped by a crooked Dr. At that hospital..they did not take any matters that I tried discussing with any of the proper professionals at least I thought they whr.. and totally dismissed me as a women with no respect to me or any apologizes to what n still going through physically mentally n emotionally..Ii was treated vryyy poorly after I was released postoperative was hell, cause thy all lack professionalism and bedside manners n respect as well as thy don't no the meaning of a human being idk what thy are doing open a hospital when thy have no business with humans!!!! Dr. Sulaiman Alsaudi is the best ENT doctor ever in the world, Also the environment , staff & everyone there are sweet, kind & helpful specially nurse Batool, & the reception staff are welcoming all patients well with soft hearts . Highly Recommended.

My recent encounter with Saudi Hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. The service, staff attitude, and professionalism exhibited during my visit left me utterly dismayed. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt tense and disorganized. The reception staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The lack of empathy and consideration from the hospital staff was evident throughout. However, what shocked me the most was the unprofessionalism displayed by some members of the medical team. Their attitude was dismissive and uncaring, making me question their dedication to patient well-being. To make matters worse, I experienced a grave clinical mistake that could have cost me my life. This incident was nothing short of terrifying, and it highlighted the hospital's lack of proper protocols and attention to detail. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way Saudi Hospital handled the situation was inexcusable. The staff seemed more interested in covering up their error than ensuring my safety and comfort. The whole ordeal has left me questioning the competency of the medical professionals at this institution. I implore Saudi Hospital to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and well-cared for when seeking medical attention. It's disheartening to think that a place meant to provide healing could cause such distress. In conclusion, my experience at Saudi Hospital was a deeply disappointing one. I took my toddler in for concerning bug bites and was greeted with kindness, courtesy and immediate care. The nurses were very loving to my little one and made him feel comfortable. I actually assumed the main nurse was a doctor based on his professionalism and knowledge. Once the doctor arrived, I was reassured that I’d come to the right place. He was also very caring, detailed and informative. I highly recommended this hospital to anyone, children and adults alike.
