I love the Iced latte , but the burger is full of calories ( you can flip the paper on the tray to check the calories )and not the best. Especially the beef one 🥩💔. The strawberry shake isn’t the best. Its like caned sauce with cream. The ice cream 🍦 and the custard pie 🥧 are very delicious 👍🏻

The introduced a new Item on the menu. it's Fried Chicken, well I think they should stick to burgers... the crust is thick, the taste is McChicken sandwich, and you can't make out what is a breast or a thigh... come on guys stick to what makes McDonald's great and that is great burgers.... nuf said

I just love it especially MAC cafe! I'm always there to enjoy quick breakfast or have a cup of coffee. I've been thier customer for more than 4 years!

Good efficient service but the exit is not well marked nor convenient for bigger cars going through sharp turning angles of a parking building

Prices are going up and quality is going down 👎 Grand chicken spicy sandwich is like a mystery box, sometimes they make it with boring minced chicken patty with black pepper and sometimes it's a tasty chicken brest with red pepper.. it's really confusing

It is considered the cleanest restaurant in Jordan, the work is fast, there is no long waiting time, the service is great, the staff are respectful and the taste is wonderful. And frankly, the thing I liked the most is the outdoor seating of the café, very beautiful and quiet, and the view is wonderful For cars, there are plenty of parking spaces

My review is about one year late! But better than never. I have had the most humane experience at this branch from three courageous staff or if I may call them heroes in my story below. Their names will follow at the end. My mother was driving during the heat wave that struck the country and suddenly felt a heat stroke. She pulled over, called me to come pick her up. She saw a mcdonalds branch very near so she slowly drove to it until she was able to park there and wait for me to bring her some water or maybe take her to a hospital near by. One of the heros saw her struggle in the car as she cried and quickly ran to her with bottles of water!! The other hero came shortly after with donuts to raise her sugar levels and finally the third came out with a large cup of juice! Those heroes should work at a hospital! When i got there i was shocked at how the staff were all around the car trying to help her breathe and hydrate! When i tried to pay for the water, juice, cookies and donuts, they refused. I insisted but they still refused and said just like she’s your mother, she’s ours too!! I am ever so grateful to those heroes and always will be! Bless you all! The heroes names were: حمزة العبكي محمد العنتري لميس الهيل Those three should be role models to every person able to help! I will make sure my children will one day know this story and learn from it.

I don’t recommend I submitted two complaints for you this month and unfortunately, neither was taken seriously actually the hygiene level for Mac is not good anymore. 3 weeks ago on a delivery order, we found hair in my daughter's sandwich we called Mac's complaint number and the manager of the store said OK what do you want me to do for you. 4 days ago we found a piece of paper in the big tasty and asked the manager to send us another sandwich and then the delivery person called us complaining that traffic is too busy in this hour. actually, in both complaints, your staff was treating us like we were waiting for the sandwich you were sending us which is not the case. We are unsatisfied customers and angry at the same time. Sent a message via massenger with no response.

They told me that chicken wing need 40 minutes will be ready.

Typical McDonald's in terms of modern design. But very unprofessional staff. They were arguing and screaming in front of customers. The manager is incompetent as was aware that this is happening and choose to ignore.

I love their big tasty

Its cozy and has an ample space, its interior design is modern, but when we order breakfast for many, there's always something missing since who handled and delivered the orders to tables didn't describe and distribute the orders.... It was very frustrating when it has happened for second time 🤬.

One of the few amman joints that hv a parking ....the hot tea was good

Although I'm not a huge fan of fast food, having tried multiple McDonald's restaurants outside of Jordan, I would still say McDonald's in Jordan is very different and in terms of taste and quality it is the best so far. The Mac breakfast is well made, the Egg N' Hashbrowns wrap is recommended.

There's not much to say, it's fast, it's cheap, it's a McDonald's the food is good and the atmosphere is great, it's pleasing to be at. The service is fast as it should be and that's all there really is to say. Also this place does have a cafe built-in to it, so you can order hot drinks and other types of coffee drinks there.
