Everything was horrible! I did my wedding there last week ! And everything literally everything was disaster ! Lets start with operation team ( who should help the bride! However they were not there at all during the wedding ! I even left my wedding and went to reception to ask them where i can find them !) based on what they told me when i booked the venue, one of operation team will be with me the moment i arrive to hotel, however no one was there when we arrived, and the guests were confused and stayed in the lobby during that time ! In addition to that, the venue temperature was really high ! I even asked them multiple time to lower the temperature during the wedding as i was sweating!!! But nothing happened! The cherry on the top was the room ! Which was full of bugs and near of Disco ! We couldn’t sleep until 4 am when the music stopped ! In addition they told me when i booked that they will give us a night in a royal suite ! However the suite was junior and not royal at all ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book their wedding there !

I’m a new groom, and I’ve came personally to the hotel to confirm this information two days before my wedding day, on the same day I’ve sent my friend to do the check in and to confirm the all needed instructions. Unfortunately on my big day the result was so bad and the response on my feedback was very slow, I was trying my best to keep calm and gave them a clear instructions for the room after I came back (after 6 hours) they didn’t even clean the room (I told the receptionist and Turn on the light of the cleaning) So this is my experience with Movenpick Amman

Stayed 11/30 to 12/2/2022 CONCERN WITH SECURITY After checking in we proceeded to our room, the door is ajar, not needing our card or key. We let ourselves in, inspected the room. The bed is made but the bathroom is not, looks like someone used the glass to drink and used the towel. I called hotel's attention, the manager on duty came by, stated that they looked at their CCTV and the last person been on he room was the housekeeper. So, hotel staff itself not mindful of guest security??? I requested extra pillows, waited till wee hours but no one came. Also, my stay with the hotel was "sleepless" as there's continuous loud noise from banging of drums and music. And this is vacation for me???

I'm here in this review to say my word , I stayed in this hotel several times throughout Covid 19 pandemic for the last 2 years , and every time all categories of staff teams, security, reception .. Ali ,Khalid, Raneem,Manal,loaie, Joude, Gaida, Restaurant.. Eman, Housekeeping ... Ismael, Ahmad,Ali,other guys l don't recall their names, Guest relations and laundry. All showed their persistent dedication in pursuit of guest's satisfaction,from booking till checking out. I would like to thank all for making my stay beyond expectations. This should be a high-quality hotel but the service is really bad. The entrance is at a one-way narrow road but cars were moving in both directions! Hotel security and public security officers are ok with that situation, and they do nothing to stop people from moving the opposite direction. Parking is only given to high-end cars and "special" customers, you and your taxi will fight for a spot outside the hotel. Expect fighting and shouting at the nightclub/Disco doors whenever it its open, especially on weekends.

Disappointed... and don't plan to return. Bad : 1. Industrial breakfast and definitely not at the level of a 5 star. We tried it, but skipped it nearly everyday. 2. Shower and toilet water turned brown/red for several hours. 3. The pool area is not dedicated to rest as the teenagers who are the staff play nightclub music at maximum from 11am non stop. On several occasions we were with families with young children who themselves were bothered by this noise but the staff did not seem to care. 4. Renovation works were performed from 09-10:00 am we could hear from our bedroom.. 5. It is also interesting to know that there is a nightclub in the hotel. So it is important to have a room as high as possible to minimize the noise. Good: 1. Housekeeping was good 2. Bedroom was fine

I stayed at the Mövenpick Amman Hotel in Jordan for three nights in September 2023 for a business trip. The hotel is nicely located and offers good amenities, services, and food. The hotel's appearance is impressive with well-decorated interiors and exteriors. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, and I had no issues with communication. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, but there were some minor issues with functionality. The electricity in the room was supposed to be turned on by card, but it was always on, which is not good for the hotel or the environment. The food at the hotel was very good in quality, variety, and availability. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although it missed some items like smoked salmon. However, I noticed that they use wired wood pickers which are not convenient to use and can cause food to be lost as it spills on the floor or gets crushed by the wired wooden pickers. Also cheese is uncut, they just put blocks of cheese with non suitable food knife to cut it yourself! Overall, I would rate my experience at the Mövenpick Amman Hotel as **4 out of 5 stars**. The hotel's location, appearance, friendly staff, good air conditioning, excellent amenities, services, and food made for a pleasant stay.

Firstly, this is a nice hotel and staff friendly and attentive. The facilities are good and the breakfast and restaurant very good. The main problem I had was the night time noise. If you're on the poolside of the building there is a nightclub and the music gets cranked up after midnight and goes on till 4am. You have no chance if you're a light sleeper.

Great place to stay. Great location. Helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Clean rooms.. sterilizers and masks almost every where inside the hotel. Temperature check and mask required for arrivals . Variety selections of foods and beverages for breakfast and dinner. The gate guards, reception, especially the restaurant mngr lady was so kind and helpful ⭐

Lovely hotel Totally renovated. Landmark in Amman Just turned in Mövenpick last year. Decorations are very nice and well designed. Great welcome and superb colleagues. Kindly keep it in the same shape. All the best.

Good hotel in general Clean and tidy Helpful staff Nice location Not the best restaurants, breakfast was average for a 5 stars hotel. Moreover, there was no open buffet dinner for about 6 nights, and we had to move to a fine dining restaurant on the 3rd floor, which was OK, nothing superb. I didn't pay for the accommodation, so I have no idea about the prices. I can recommend it. For me, I would go there again despite the cons.

I stayed with my family for a vacation, it was great a experience, the rooms are clean. we checked in later in the evening luckyly there was an "ala cart" restaurant on the'third floor. Food was very good and the staff are very friendly, like Julie and johnny. Enjoyed our stay overall

The most impressive experience during my stay was the friendly staff. Starting from the security at the gate all the way through reception, house keeping and the restaurant. All of them were pleasant, polite and making sure things were going smooth. Ms. Randa from the reception was so welcoming. Mr. Alaa from housekeeping was so helpful. All restaurant staff made our breakfast experience pleasant. They don't hesitate taking an extra step to mak the guests feel welcomed. If I stay at this hotel again, it would be to meet those nice people again. Thank you all.

Arafat and Shielayy were very good to provide excellent service while we were eating at Cappuccino cafe. We had seafood and grilled chicken. Everything is super!😍🥰😘

A decent hotel with good service and pleasant inside areas. Our room was adequate, but the shower was not good. The breakfasts, however, were outstanding. It's not a quiet area at night.

Hi, we had a great expirience staying in this hotel. We felt being cared and attended. Carmela, the girl in the dining, is very attentive, prompt and friendly. We even took pictures with her. The food i very close to Filipinos. Kudos to the chef

The hotel is comfortable but is away from any main attractions and lacks more support from a customer experience point of view. The reception staff were not able to provide updated safety information regarding where to go in the city during challenging times, with daily protests taking place. Also our room smelled like someone had been in there smoking for a while, and could be better cleaned. It was the last stay of our honeymoon and honestly the worst, as it did not match other 5* hotels operating in Jordan.

Enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful hotel with a few attractions inside. Has a night club outside that I highly recommend called Trends. Just hide your valuables if you decide to take a young lady back to your place for company.

Went here for a wedding event. The halls are nice and big. The wedding was super nice and organized. Valet service is there and they are super nice and friendly.

The one thing I didn't like is the disco in the hotel. Every night we have to wake up at 4AM because of the noise, the troubles outside the disco and the car horns. This is not acceptable at all and I recommend you remove the disco from the hotel.

Very decent and nice for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected. Staffs were welcoming and nice especially Ms. Marisa from the Housekeeping. She's very attentive and professional. Overall the hotel is super nice, rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The bathroom smells good, clean with complete amenities🙏! I was so delighted and happy that I came and stayed in this wonderful Hotel! I'll definitely come back and stay in the 13th floor again❤️

I was at the hotel for only a night and experienced the best service. Starting from my check in to my checkout - the reception staff, restaurant staff & especially the cleaning staff. Super polite, accommodating and warm. I still remember having a brief conversation with the cleaning staff Maria just before my check out and not going to lie, it made my day. I couldn’t sleep all night because the noise from the night club in the hotel was all in my room! I called and complained and they didn’t do anything. At 4 am they stopped! Room service food was very bad and inedible and the room itself had small bugs.

The location is one of the biggest pluses of this hotel. They have plenty of restaurants of different scales, Amman Mall (small cozy mall) and sweet shops nearby in walking distance if you consider 15 minutes a short time for walking. Weather in Amman is moderate, so most year round, it's suitable to walk. There is also a shopping street called souq el sultan nearby about 5 minutes in car , but if no traffic then it's 2 minutes or less (that would be a Friday morning and sometimes Saturday)

It was a great pleasure staying in this wonderful Hotel. 5-10 minutes from the mall.The staffs were very kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent !Everything about the Hotel was worth the price tag👌❤. I strongly recommend it without a doubt 💯❤

I visited the hotel to attend a one day workshop and got the chance to use some of the hotel facilities. The hotel has an easy access and available parking areas close to the hotel entrance so you can park your car easily without the need to use valet services. The workshop room was spacious and conveniently arranged and had close washrooms that were clean and tidy. I liked the fact that the hotel provides prayer rooms for men and women on the second floor and free wifi for guests. We had a business lunch in the Senate restaurant on the ground floor and it was a nice ending for a day well spent.

I like this hotel, staff are nice, the experience was flawless, the food is good, the rooms are nice and clean, slightly more expensive than the average hotel, the grand ballroom is good, has a barbershop within the facility, as well as a souvenir shop. Overall, pleasant experience that you would expect from a 5 star hotel, and I would book here again in the future.

Good place to stay in Amman. Decent space and very clean bathroom. No bath tub in our room. No need for electric outlet adapter. Breakfast was great. Comfy beds.

Needed to find a place to stay very last minute, and stumbled upon this hotel. Amazing staff, housekeeping, and customer service. Ahmad, Ali, and khaled were very helpful and accommodated all of our needs. Staying here total of 25 nights. Every day the housekeeping rep, ismaeel took care of our room daily in an amazing way as well!

I will truly give this hotel 10 stars if I could. This is truly a Five stars hotel. Amazing staff and management team. Both of the hotel and the restaurant are extremely clean. No smoking is allowed in the lobby or the restaurant which is a huge plus. Very clean rooms. I will go back to the service level which is superior all the way from booking to checking in and all the way to staying. Very polite and very well mannered team. Wonderful people on every level in this hotel. Great location too. Easy access to nice restaurants. It’s so easy To find a taxi here or you can use the hotel taxi / driver service if you like more convenience. This is truly the place to stay when you visit Amman. Don’t even bother to look around.

A hotel, there was no comment on it at all. Everything was very nice. But I would like to comment on the reception department. The reception department was very very friendly. The rooms were great and room service staff was awesome. But please beware if you are hiring their taxi services - these are overpriced and unreasonable. A mere drive which is 20 min will be charged at 25 JOD. Also if you are one of those who would ask staff to get essentials maybe from a supermarket that is absolutely next door- they will still charge you taxi at 7JOD- so go by yourself For people outside of the Arabic countries there is a big problem of language - nobody can understand English so very hard to get your point across Please choose Hilton or Marriott ; they are in the same price range .

Our stay myself and my wife was great we enjoyed the city a lot and the staff were very supportive, especially ghaidaa all the credit goes to here for giving us some good tips for our stay. The breakfast was also good and the rooms are quiet.

Only there for 1 night dinner is a buffet mine was cold staff were very good though and the Chef re cooked what I had chosen and it was piping hot! Breakfast again staff helpful and made sure I had what I wanted. Bed extremely comfortable and had my first proper night sleep.

Spent a week for family wedding. The receptionist allowed us to have early check without additional charges. The service was quick. Room was clean, spacious w comfortable beds. The location is great and fully surrounded with many famous restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were great. We were here for a basketball tournament- Asia Cup and they looked after us very well. The food was lovely and the wait staff very attentive. The only thing I disliked was the smoking inside but different country. Thank you the the reception crew, also Khaled and Ali reminded me to write this review!

The hotel has a big open space for celebrations. The volume of music is so high and disturbing(definitely exceeding humane hearing limits). That nowhere around u can escape hearing it. No closed doors will help. Management of the hotel keeps saying that it goes according to law, they can and will never stop before 11:45pm. If you want to sleep never stay here or anywhere close to it.

Hotel staff have been amazing food is fantastic and covers all types of taste. Hassan has been extra helpful and will go out of his way to provide and excellent service in the dinining room.

Nice hotel, located near Al Madina Al Munawarh street. The staff is very nice & helpful. There is no much facilities though except a spa (there is outside pool but it is opened seasonally) the rooms in my opinion are a little bit old. But in general I've enjoyed my staying there👍

I thought it is going to be a slice of home transplanted in foreign lands, neither home nor local. I found out an astonishing cuisine, a very polite and helpful staff the amenities I knew from Europe ( gym, spa) with a local touch (the steam bath). Restaurants for all tastes and a small souvenir area with its own ATM. Why then four stars only? Water pressure, specially the cold, was not quite there.

Best service ever, fare price comparing with other 5 stars hotel, amazing smiley and helpful staffs. Love them and love the place. Also breakfast and restaurant manager Eman and her team were amazing.
