The idea of having a one big place where u can find every thing u may need ( clothes and shoes for men women and kids, makeup, Accessories, toys ...) is comfortable and nice according to me. The price is good and suitable. Some models have low quality but in general it's one of my favourites in Amman.

Despite that i really like buying from this mall but my experience today was the worst ever, at the cosmetic section specifically toys section I bought some toys and asked before paying if there’s wrapping and they said yes They kept me waiting an hour Saying there is no tape and i told them this is not my problem And they didn’t even have someone who would wrap the presents They gave me the worst wrap i could’ve have!!! Couldn’t be more disappointed than this I hope you guys work more on costumer service better than this It is not all about selling!!! I gave 3 stars because of the other good experiences Though today you made me feel that you don’t deserve even a one star :) With all respect

One of my favorite stores to shop in! I appreciate that everybody can shop there, not women only. Also my favorite place to get fragrances for cheap.
