A 24hr gym/ males only 3 floors gym, equipped with most of the machines needed for all types of exercises. Reasonable membership prices especially for long term members. It has a small protein bar that provides protein shakes, pre-workout protein bars, drinks, as well daily healthy meals after workout.

Don't waste your money... No body will bother talk to you after you pay the Money and no instructors available... No Air Conditioner!!! It's really hot during the Summer days and they don't even care.... Shower area is disgusting. One of the worst Gyms I ever been to.

If I could give it no stars I would. Tell me why a gym turned down my 16 year old cousin because he’s too overweight to use the equipment. A GYM turned him down because of his weight. What’s the point of a gym if you can’t use it to lose weight?? Extremely horrified at the attitude that was shown towards my cousin and the gym should be ashamed for not letting him in to better himself and his health.

Total experience is good Pros: many machines and kinda clean Cons: bad vent, lockers aren't safe, showers are not great Not expensive, clean place but with bad ventilation and when crowded its hard to go there, machines are good but changing lockers most of them i find them unlocked as they can be easily pulled open, but its full of cameras.. Still doesn't feel safe to leave valuable things in lockers, also showers doors do not have any lock and many of showers dont have thing to hang clothes or put any stuff hot water is missing most times or just not enough for all showers.

Great gym, everything you need regardless of what goal you have, is there. The gym is clean with good shower facilities. Most importantly, great staff and management, friendly and flexible and very personable.

Gym has everything you need but very crowded, a 1 hour exercise would take 2 hours because of waiting, no parking and would take you 10 minutes to park your car, bathrooms smells that I can’t take a shower there, many machines need renovations, but honestly it’s a good gym if you’re not willing to pay much on a gym

Too small, too crowded, and there are no parkings at all even after midnight. Staff are not helpful and not friendly.

Let’s start with Wellness opened 27 from Saturday to Thursday and Friday off, you will get the best professional advices from coaches and they will monitor your progress and workout, and you can workout on your own but why! The gym in 2023 did a full renovation and it’s the best in the local gyms

Good gym but I believe the equipments are aged and need servicing/replacing.

This gym's got the best coaches and equipment. It gets crouded at times but it is always pleasant to be there! On top of this, the gym is always clean and they make great offers every now and then which is an opportunity you do not want to miss.

One of the most underrated gyms in tlaa alali or should i say"gem",the coaches are great , the gym is always clean due to the hard working of its staff, and overall its a really great place to workout, plus it has plenty of space , and is supported by every genre of training(like powerlifting , strength...... Etc).and its prices are so fitting to everyone.

A lot of equipment and good environment. Good prices and offers. Avoid peak times as it gets too crowded.

simply the best gym in amman it has everything but the down side is it is most of time full but it has the unique advantage of opening up 24 hours each day except friday

Very clean gym, coaches are friendly and always available. Showers are warm and clean. The machines are modern and DIVERSE, wide range of free weight dumbbells and accessories. Prices are fair and amazing. The gym comes with a cafeteria serving fresh nutritious food daily as well as supplements and gym equipment's. Only problem is parking space.
