The waiting area in ER has no chairs. We had the stairs to sit on. The chairs are all broken

Poor level quality of service, the employees have no sense of humanity and they are not qualified, such this hospital should be in the leader list but unfortunately, we can't set it in the follower list, there is no follow-up and no update for the procedure. I'm completely convinced this would be the worst experiment in the existence

Called several times to get an appointment for my son, no one to picke up the call at the designated clinic despite several attempts. If getting an appointment is this hard, I wonder how the treatment and follow up would be....! Eventually went to a Private doctor clinic.

The management is really bad,they're so slow at everything. The nurses and doctors are fine. Everything was much better before

i heard lots of bad comments on the hospital Generally speaking you must check any healthcare providers before you get in as things and specilist are not fixed to a location or time so make sure of who is providing the services and agree on it in advance at the end of the day Doctors are like mechanics so chose your body workshop wisely

One of the worst hospitals in Jordan. Rude staff, rude doctors. More of a public health clinic than a private hospital. 90% of doctors and staff do not use masks and in their defence, it’s easier to remove it in order to understand the patient!!

I had my internship at Ibn Alhaytham Hospital, it was such an amazing experience. It includes the best Consultants, residents in different medical specialties who are on a big level of cooperation,knowledge,kindness and understanding. In addition to another different Entities… helpful staff, good service and clean environment.

Amazing services. Recently everything had changed. Ì've visited the hospital one year ago and lately last week. Big difference now. Thanks to the new medical management.

This is a really great hospital with great Doctors and stuff. i have done check up and surgeries and my relatives, the experience was really nice. Big thanks to the Doctor. Mohammed Aldalabeh, is a really profeiossenal and nice, and amazing ENT Doctor. Even thanx to Dr. Emad Alaa Aldein, a profesional surgecal doctor. Even the Manager of the hospital. And Dr. Alaa Alkhateeb, The great Anesthetist. All of them were so friendly and Kind and did a great job. i appreciate it. i will always recommend this hospital and doctors to anyone.

Amazing 👏 I got my daughters tonsils removed here it was handled professionally and correctly, doctors are very good , mu daughter didn't feel anything whenever the doctors gave her needles she was very happy. Overall hygienic, nice doctors, and very professional surgeons
