Their outlet is in City Mall Food court. They have a variety of selection for pizza. Pepperoni chees, zatar mix etc are among there list. Different type of pasta recipes are there too. They even habe coffee, latte, espresso, chocolate drink etc. I wont say they have the best pizza, but some in their menu are unique. After your order you can see the pizza being made and placed in the oven right in front of you. Its fun way yo kill time while waiting for ur order.

Was about to order breakfast just now but the staff attitude (cashier) was horrible. The basics of welcoming body language is not there. Shouting at customers when ordering menu and keeping an upset face while talking to them. Even your food is delicious when ordering through talabat the experience is so horrible at city mall shop. Please send mystery shopper and if you really care share a managment number to call you and give you detailed feedback. I’d rather give no stars, but google review is not possible without marking one star at least.

Although they probably have best pasteries in Amman, and their Jerashi Labneh is prettyyy good ! But they do have rude employees that were yelling at Talabat employees. Not really professional tbh.

Is a small restaurant/backers located in city malls food court. The staff are very friendly and the food is always made with fresh ingredients. They have the lightest dough and they make great manakesh. I highly recommend this for breakfast or even lunch. The order is prepared quickly and the waiting time on average is 10 min. The prices are also reasonable.

The food is okay but the staff is so rude and it’s very uncomfortable to deal with them i felt very unwelcomed and would not like to go back. Especially by the cashier lady at the city mall branch. Its ok if you smiled at your customers and engaged with them. There are better and friendlier places i guess.

Very rude staff, and dont respect the Visa rules, i bought stuff for 1.9 jd and she didnt accept to let pay by visa and she said i cant the management said we cant use visa dor less than 2 jds! So I suggested to take .10 or .20 oover my amount and she didnt accept also!

Very rude staff. We waited for her to end the call she was on, and made two calls while we were waiting for her. And we rushed. She simply rolled her eyes on us. No basic manners whatsoever.

I've been a loyal customer of Mario Bakery for years, and I've always been impressed with their delicious pizza. However, I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The pizza crust, had transformed into a disappointing foil, thin as paper and lacking in both taste and texture.. The toppings were also sparse, and the overall flavor of the pizza was just not what it used to be. I'm not sure what has changed at Mario Bakery, but I hope they will take my feedback into consideration and go back to using their original recipes. I would love to be able to enjoy their pizza again like I used to
