My experience at Pet House was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the store sold me an ill cat who didn't eat for two days and vomited even after I changed her food. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, and their stories about the cat's health and history kept changing. As a pet owner, I expect transparency and honesty from pet store employees, and I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a pet store that prioritizes animal health and well-being and has knowledgeable and respectful staff.

DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE! I took my 3 cats to stay there for a week because I was traveling with my family, when I got back to Jordan all 3 of them had Parvo Virus. When I spoke to the owner he got offended and called me a liar and said that he won’t be responsible for anything. Today the vet called me and said that one of the cats didn’t make it. I had that cat for almost 11 years.

I had a great experience. Staff is very kind and helpful! They even welcomed me despite the fact that I went a few minutes before their closing time. They have a variety of stuff and I can highly recommend going there for your pets needs! Thank you guys!

I wanted to adopt a cat and when i came to take her the guy told me that i have to buy new cat supplies between (35-40) jds so they can make sure that I will take care of the cat, I told him that I already have a cat why would buy new supplies but he refused to give me the cat, I just want to say that they're liars and they offers cats for adoption but they convince you to buy from their shop AND the guy was very rude and he didn't spoke in a polite way
