I had an issue with the invoice in khalda branch and the team was amazingly stressing on solving this issue thank you so much Safeway for this great service and special thank you to the customer service Ms Lorena, to the store manager Mr khateeb, and the supervisor Mr Ahmed who helped me as well with solving this. One of the oldest shopping hypermarket in Jordan. Still great as it used to be

I prefer Safeway over Carrefour because it has much better features

It is close to the immortal neighborhood and you can find all what you need for your home like food (meet, vegetables, fruits and cans) and every thing else that you can find in a big supermarkets.

This lady is so so so very rude I don’t know how she is even working in this store. We paid for one of our things and the man told us to go Measure our fruits so we were going back to weigh them and she comes running and yelling at us saying “oh you aren’t allowed to do this !!!” She was so angry and for what ? We did nothing wrong. She is the reason that I will never be returning to this store. So disrespectful.

The main problem with Safeway is parking and this problem still exist since Safeway start may in 1987/88, because of that l prefer hyper markets in mall as it facilities the handling of your items from the market to your car.

Good products range, but many items are not available

Good for quick shopping for basic household items if you're in the area, prices are pretty much the same anywhere else but they do have extra items not commonly found in other competing stores such as their sauces section.

Good service, clean store, the fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) section needs improvement, parking is difficult in front of store but extra underground parking spaces are available with a dedicated elevator.

Good place to get your groceries, but the service at checkout is slow.

Its a good supermarket, but it lacks some products that other competitors in the region can provide, and they usually only have one or two cashiers working thus making the whole shopping process slower. In conclusion its a good place to shop but not the best.

We don’t shop here much since it’s not ideal to go that far if you can go to prime or miles

I had an outsanding expeince with Baraa Osama in the 7th Circle branch. Baraa was professional, friendly, and patience. I strongly belive that Baraa went beyond and above the call of duty. Furthermore, I was impressed with his work ethics and excellent communication skills.

Good supermarket with very affordable prices. However, parking is a nightmare, and staff are unmotivated.

Mega supermarket, everything is there. Good price comparing to others

Good prices with some variation of products, the staff are respectful, the problem is with the location, being situated in narrow and busy intersection, everything else is good.
