They
sell
Folgers
decaf
and
it
was
spoiled
with
bad
taste.
They
should
be
careful
with
the
selection
of
suppliers.
I
talked
to
them
since
then
and
found
them
very
unfriendly.
I
told
them
customer
relationship
management
is
very
crruitial
for
the
supermarket.
I
am
a
professor
of
IT
and
business
and
told
them
that
I
teach
my
students
"customer
is
the
king."
They
never
tried
to
understand
my
complaint.
A
year
and
a
half
later
I
went
back
hoping
thing
are
changed.
The
manager
claimed
that
they
did
find
the
sale
on
the
system.
That
mean
he
called
me
a
liar.
Since
I
do
not
have
the
receipt,
all
what
I
need
is
a
listening
ear.
But
all
what
I
got
some
jokes
and
accusations.
They
never
tried
to
understand
what
I
am
trying
to
tell
them.
To
be
careful
with
what
they
store
on
shelves
and
carefully
check
expiration
dates.
The
coffee
was
due
to
expire
in
less
than
three
weeks.
During
my
last
visit
about
a
week
ago,
they
were
busy
with
a
serious
customer
complaint
that
he
received
the
wrong
type
of
meet.
So
I
guess
they
do
have
a
problem.
By
the
way,
before
this
happened
I
would
have
giving
them
a
4.
I
guess
they
need
to
change
the
way
they
handle
customer
complaints.
From
my
long
experience,
I
don't
think
the
current
floor
managers
can
do
that.
They
do
not
listen.
They
throw
jokes
at
you.
They
are
good
at
accusations.
They
are
not
friendly.
I
stopped
shopping
there.
