Good, but very expensive, only with offers, I got one year for only 175 JDs with 60% offer , bad coaches they DGAF about you, not too many machines + a bit old ones, sauna is available,inbody test included with subscription, boxing and private classes but you have to pay, no swimming pool, clean bathrooms, mixed from 1:00pm till 00:00 am, girls only in the morning phase. If this comment is useful like it please , if not don't. :)

overpriced over crowded for a gym that open just 10 hours a day for men. Care too much about money.

It’s a good gum but it need to exchange some equipments like the squats area it not fit any one like if you 160 cm it gonna be high for you and if you185 it gonna be short for you , and the pull up area your head will hit the roof because the roof is too low . So i do not recommend to the tall people 🙂

I really regretting joining this place. Music is always loud like what you find in a disco despite multiple request. Sanitation is also bad (no tissue papers, sanitary liquids to wipe equipments between customers).

Well good gym sometimes it meets your needs and your expectation but they need to improve , I would suggest something might sound a bit weird but this would reflect a good gesture and proficiency for the people who work their starting from the receptionists and the coaches , I have noticed that they don’t say “Hello” nor “How are you” even if you make a long eye contact with them. They would respond highly if you make initiative, so they will not respond unless you make the initiative and start talking, which is considered to be a bit unfavourable, this won’t change the fact I like everyone no matter what but we always seek proficiency ,high standards and improvement.

Amazing place to workout ... but i hope they can extend the lady's time..needs more attention cleanliness wise

A good gym , always clean and tidy , but it is a small one. Also , there is only one bench press and no squat /deadlift rack.

It can get a bit crowded due to the relatively small area and the captains are careless most of the time, but overall it's a nice clean and a very good gym to visit.

Subscription fees are way to high for the services provided. Ceiling is very low it's pretty annoying, and lighting is bad.

Nice theme which is a mixture of the classic wood and modern army style

Atmosphere is really good, music is not loud and is great for training, but machines are REALLY OUTDATED, + need a loooot of maintenance, i mean 3 treadmills are missing one complete handle, that even supposedly intended to measure the heart beat rate !! Many machines are not available in this gym, and again many other weight machines needs maintenance.. Its not hard to turn your gym for the better, just do some maintenance, and update all the treadmills section. Great coaches, great hygiene level and great gym after all 👍

The gym team is great, the gym is very clean and the songs are great, but in the ladies gym there are not all the equipments.

A beautiful, clean gym with a cafeteria on all floors. A good swimming pool. Sauna. Jacuzzi. Steam room. A designated place for walking Parking space. Nice staff. Excellent trainers. Especially Omar. The only problem is no internet.

Fair prices, clean most of the time. The only thing that it is a bit small and the showers are not sealed all the way up.

Worst gym i have ever been in. I have been to and worked out in multiple gyms around Amman, but this gym takes the prize as the worst place to invest your money into. - Extremely small, and most of the equipment is always unavailable either because of it being under maintenance, or mainly because of the large amount of people. - It is packed with people at all times, i would assume the reason for that is that they are money hungry and want to sign up as many people as they possibly could. - If you go in between 4-8 PM you will notice the large amount of people. Which makes it seriously not worth even going. - Opening hours are very bad, it is from 1 PM until 11 PM for men, which is very unfair if you would want to get your workout in during the morning hours. - Filled with kids and teenagers, there should be at least an age limit for such a big brand such as Army gyms. Overall, i would highly advise against going to this gym, there are many other options that you will give you your money’s worth.

amazing gym , Great management and coaches

The gym is so expensive for no reason, no free Wi-Fi, the area is too small, the coach’s don’t GAF about you, also it’s not open in the morning for men, which takes me to another point which is why it is not mixed? Me and my sister wanted to go together, and some men can only go in the morning not evening nor at night, the machines are old and not modern. There is so much more, the gym is WAYY too expensive for what you really get.
