I said to give them a second chance, I made an appointment online and called to confirm the time and when I went after a quarter of an hour of no one paying attention to me two new clients started.. I reminded them I had an appointment and they said we will just start you in ten minutes. No apologies or anything. I got up and left because I didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes. It's good to be professional and respect each other's time.

Their work is very good, the manicure lasts a long time, but the place where the manicure is done is not particularly clean. When you put your hand in the lamps to polymerize, you catch lumps of mano and a lot of garbage. Also, the plexiglass that separates the technician from the customer has a mano on it. As for the tools they use, they are not sterile and it can be seen both because the cutters are clogged and also from the texture and dust on the tweezers. Logically, they sterilize them after a few uses.

I have visited the store 4 times. The gentleman on the phone is always kind to serve and I always find the appointments I want even if I call at the last minute. The one who steals the show is Clara!!! Polite and always with a smile to serve all the ladies even though she is alone in the store. She has a talent that I have never seen before with the services she offers and she is happy to do whatever you ask of her. He has an opinion and a taste for suggesting ideas which, when completed, only attract nice comments... Anyone who has seen my nails in the last 2 months comments on how nice and well-groomed they are!!! I wish and hope that her employers appreciate the treasure they have and take care of her as Clara does us.

Unacceptable wait. The first time, the excuse was that a girl had something serious with her child and the dates were postponed. I say ok it happens, half an hour wait literally jumping out. The second time that there was a mix-up with the appointments again 20 minutes of waiting with jumping out because the next appointment had come. On Tuesday, she was a pharmacist without an excuse, just that she would be 20 minutes late for me. I'm gone. Would it really be 20 minutes? that's why the appointment is called an appointment. We have other jobs, not all at your own pace. And in the end, it's not bad to call your customers in advance to inform them.

The prices are reasonable, 10 euros for a manicure, 15 for a pedicure. The appointments, whatever. They are never on time and you are always waiting. They are always trying to get ahead of you and it is a mediocre job.
