This wasn’t a bad experience, it just wasn’t good. To give some background, my Spanish is far from fluent. The girls working there were very nice and despite not speaking any English—in conjunction with my very broken Spanish—we were still able to communicate properly. This was appreciated. Further background: I have had eyelash extensions done many times, in different locations, in different countries. Bottom line, I know what I want and what a good lash technician should do. First star deduction: After I had explicitly told the girl the exact measurements of what I wanted and what “dimension”, she already had the preliminaries done and had my lashes and eyes taped down, my eyes were CLOSED. She then tried to sell me a different, more expensive service. However, she didn’t reveal to me that it was significantly (30 euros) more expensive until I directly asked her. She had already begun preparations to start glueing down these new, more expensive lashes. Had I not asked, she would have done the whole thing and I would have had a nasty surprise when checking out at the cashier. A somewhat underhanded way to sell products. BE UPFRONT ABOUT THE PRICE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL IT TO ME, especially after I already told you what I wanted. Second star deduction: This girl’s application method was quite rough and aggressive. I felt like my whole forehead got exfoliated from just how hard she was pulling on my skin and my face. Unfortunately, my Spanish is pretty insufficient so what could I say? Her hands were also pretty sweaty and she was breathing directly onto my face. Not the most comfortable position I’ve ever been in. Normally during lash application, it is so relaxing I can fall asleep and take a nap. I was painfully aware of everything happening during this particular session... At the end of the session, she showed me the look in the mirror. At that point, even if you don’t like how it looks, there’s not much you can do. So you just say “bien” and then move on. It’s not like they’re gonna remove the whole thing and fix it again. Bottom line: It doesn’t look bad, but it is not at all what I asked for. I specifically told her the measurements of what I wanted which should have resulted in a “cat-eye” lash look. What I got was an overall, basically the same length look with some shorter lashes she added at the end which literally goes exactly against what I asked for. So again, doesn’t look bad, she just didn’t follow instructions. Third star deduction: I’m not a newbie. I know that within the first 48 hours, avoiding water, saunas, anything of that ilk is practically tantamount to ensuring the longevity of your lashes. Within the first THREE HOURS after getting my lashes in, just going about my regular day, SIX LASHES already fell out! Seriously? Typically after fresh application there should be absolutely NO fall out. And the following week, at most only one or two a day. But six within the first few hours is just ridiculous. Since then, more have fallen out and it hasn’t even reached 24 hours yet. I take extremely good care of my lashes. I’ve had lash technicians in the past tell me so. So I know that I didn’t personally do something strange to cause this fallout. Honestly, I don’t expect this lash installation to last past two weeks based on how poorly this is holding up so far. Typically, a full set will last me at least a month and a half. Finally, there was a clerical error in their company app that gave me 1000 points for downloading the app. However, a couple days after, they mysteriously disappeared. When I asked the girls there about it, they said it was a promotion from the previous month and that the app corrected itself. Obviously, this is not their fault, but I feel like it would be better for business if they had actual deals for first timers visiting the store. As it is, not only did I not get a deal, I was not satisfied with the service. I visit A Coruña quite frequently. It’s not as if I’m only stopping through once and then not returning. But I definitely will not be returning here.

I had 5d eyelash extensions done a week ago and I couldn't be more in love with the result and the experience itself. They are charming girls as well as professionals, with whom without a doubt more than going to get cute you will have a very pleasant time. In addition, the aesthetics and design of the place is super careful and excellent. I will definitely repeat

My experience has been quite bad, I do not recommend it. The day after putting on the eyelash extensions, the ones on one eye started to fall out a lot. In a week and a half he looked like a raccoon with one eye good, and the other with barely any eyelashes. When I went to complain because clearly in that eye they were not applied correctly they intended to charge me again for filling it out. They are not worth the care, the price and how short they last.

NEVER REPLACE EYELASHES, they don't say it but the result is that your eyelashes will be destroyed...they use chemical products that have these results. I removed the extensions and when I saw myself I started to cry, they play with that, they believe that when you see yourself without them you will come back to solve it and look better, they have confessed to me that it is normal for this to happen... but of course it is not They say before, they would not have clients. Take care of your eyelashes, a simple castor oil at night helps a lot, I did it and I had good eyelashes, my mistake was wanting to see them better...now they are barely visible. I write this to warn you that it is a tremendous mistake. I have read other reviews and it seems sad to say that the place is central and nice and that they are friendly...I only had a semi-permanent manicure once, I had a finger infection for which I had to take antibiotics, according to my doctor It was caused by a manicure performed with unhygienic instruments, I was in a lot of pain and now my nail is destroyed, I can't prove it but I know it was because of that manicure, they cut the cuticle on three nails, I don't need it and I was confused with his friendly talk when I realized I asked him not to do it, this was the result...

I had a very well executed lash lift performed today. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a warm and welcoming environment created by all of the lovely members of staff. I don’t speak Spanish, but the team members worked together to keep me informed of what was happening at all stages. Moi Bien! Would recommend to everybody!

I give them 2 stars because the girls are nice but I wouldn't repeat. I went to get my eyebrows waxed a year ago with thread+dye and they left one of them full of little wounds. At the time I saw a little blood after passing the thread and I thought it was nothing, but when I got home I clearly saw the marks. This photo is from 2 days after going. I clarify that in the photo it is less appreciated than in person. Thank goodness I didn't have any event, if I hadn't had my eyebrows made into a square. I add that I had to edit the review almost a year later because coincidentally several people had reported it to me for the same reason (non-existent) and Google agreed with me. I'm not saying that the girls always work poorly but in my case the service was not correct considering the state of my eyebrows.

From the moment she attended to me, I told her what happens to me when I have my eyes closed for so long. She automatically, with all her delicacy and professionalism, treated me splendidly, from the moment I noticed Their support and understanding made my nerves disappear and I was able to enjoy the treatment. I congratulate and thank Jeni for her great professionalism, for her great attention and concern for me during those 50 minutes in which she attended to me, covering all my needs at that moment, making me feel calm and safe. Thank you Jeni, I will return and repeat without a doubt, to be attended to by a professional as complete as you.

I thought it was impossible to beat the lashes and go in Madrid, but I have been going to this center all summer after giving it a second chance due to a bad experience and I am delighted with my eyelashes. The truth is that there are super good professionals like Sole and Jenni, they are charming, 100% recommended.

This is the second time I've had Microblading done on my eyebrows. The first time I did it was in another location and it lasted in good condition for about 3 years. The second time was in March at Lashes & Go, I went to get the touch-up that they recommend and, even so, in September and it's barely noticeable anymore.
