I go to Denis for pain in the gluteus, hip and fascia lata up to the insertion of the iliotibial band of the knee (left side). I also have inflammation in my right knee and mobility problems in it, having had surgery on the external meniscus and ligament 20 years ago. Start the treatment by listening to my story from the initial injury, the knee injury. From there he begins to treat my knee and get rid of the adhesions. My knee has never been so good as after your interventions. After several sessions with the knee, he begins to treat the other ailment, starting with the gluteus. It continues through the adductor, fascia lata, hip, etc... Before going to him I had gone to physios and had lost hope of recovering due to the frustration I felt because they did not cure the ailments. They were going by the book and applying a series of protocols with the consequent mental exhaustion and expenditure of money. By going to him the expense has become an investment since every day my physical situation has improved. What differentiates him from the others in his guild is that he does not follow protocols or booklets but rather has experienced physiotherapy from his own body and has understood in situ the mechanics of the human body. In such a manual science that is moved by the patient's sensations, it is vitally important to listen to and use intuition and one's own experience as an elite athlete to understand patients' ailments.

My injury is more a set of small injuries than a catastrophic injury on a particular day, after 21 years of resistance training (aka bodybuilding). Aside from the pain, the worst symptom is the impediment to having correct mobility in the shoulder/back, which is perceived in exercises such as the shoulder press, especially upright, or the grip of the bar in a squat (behind the neck) or in a pull-up. Due to the amount of muscles (a fairly developed shoulder) those fibers that prevent correct movement gave Denis a lot of work, but the improvement is noticeable after about 7/8 sessions. A quality professional and also very nice to deal with, and for an athlete such a physio becomes an essential ally, because injuries are going to happen, and the higher the level, the more likely or severe they will become.

My first visit on the recommendation of a friend. I recommend it 100% first session and my arm already feels much better, sore but worth it. Tomorrow is a trial by fire because I have a paddle tennis party. Two more sessions and I'm sure 100%. Thank you Denis for the treatment and for recovering from this epicondielitis that has been bothering me for a year now.

I hit my foot very hard while practicing Muay Thai and I went to other specialists who sent me away quickly telling me it was nothing. But it still hurt me a lot. So, looking at reviews, I discovered Denis who, from the 0th second, knew how to identify that I had bone edema and applied the corresponding treatment. In just 3 sessions the improvement is indisputable and little by little I am recovering. That is why I 100% recommend that you trust him as a professional.

I went to Denis because I had a lot of pain in my neck and cervical spine that prevented me from moving it. In the first session he realized the problem and what he had to do to solve it, and he already told me that with another session he would get to me, and that was the case. Two sessions three days apart and the pain stopped and I was able to move it normally. Very happy with the treatment and the work done. Highly recommended physio.

In October 2022 I injured my right foot (2nd degree sprain and edema in the talus of the tibia.) After 2 months of attending physiotherapy and magnetotherapy, I was discharged despite continuing to have discomfort (they told me that it was normal that it would disappear over the months). In the summer of 2023 the situation got much worse. The discomfort worsened, so that it hurt when I walked, preventing me from living a normal life, waking up with such pain that I could not walk for several minutes and not without a lot of pain. I went to Denis, and after several weeks of sessions the situation has changed radically, being able to walk without pain. I recommend to everyone who is physically limited that before getting desperate they go to Denis. Both their professional and human treatment will make your situation improve and find a solution.

In my case it was an overextension of the knee that left me unable to fully stretch my knee for more than a month due to the pain. Already in the first session I improved noticeably. Very fast and efficient

From the first time he treated me I knew that he was a different physiotherapist than what I was used to knowing (and I am a family doctor...and I don't have a commission...): fast, very fast in detecting and, above all, solving the problem, which is what a patient truly needs. In recent years there have already been several injuries from which he has pulled me out, painfully, quickly and effectively (as I read from another person in another review) and I have been able to return to sport (and work) quickly and well. Yes, there is pain in their sessions (all their therapy is manual), but they are a few minutes or seconds!!! in exchange for returning to a normal life. in less time than one imagines or was told. The decision for me is clear. He is my primary physiotherapist.

I wish I had found a professional like Denis sooner, his experience and good work. We lack a lot of knowledge and culture in caring for the body and its problems, and this delays us too much in finding solutions. I am a professional musician and drummer, and I have been quite depressed for more than 4 years and have not been able to perform as I would like because I do not fully understand what is happening to my shoulder, leading to calcifying tendonitis (STONE). Denis, despite recognizing the complexity of the matter due to the number of muscles and tendons that are involved, was not intimidated, and far from that you notice how he becomes enthusiastic and is able to transmit his enthusiasm and motivation to overcome the problem, noticing improvements in mobility from the first session, and with a much closer horizon than I thought to continue doing what I like most, MUSIC.
