It is not the first time that I arrive for my appointment and the doctor does not show up, but that is not all, when you ask for a solution they tell you that they do not know anything and they cannot contact him because they do not have his phone number, he will come, and if not you go. I filed more than 5 complaints and everything remains the same. In addition, if you are waiting for a call from your doctor to give you a result, you could die if he doesn't call, you have to go to the health center to get it. A shame, I don't understand how they have people like that working.

    A shameful health center, the administration picks up the phone, they don't give you an appointment, they don't resolve anything. I called today because I was in direct contact with a positive person and they have not taken any information from me, nor have they discharged me, nor have they given me an appointment with the PCR... or any indication of anything. Only the coronavirus emergency callers are the ones who have helped me, but they cannot cancel me. They should make a facelift of the people who are working there and bring in other more competent people who want to work and help public health, because of course they are not going anywhere.     This health center is one of the worst I have ever known. I respect and value the public health system very much, but this center is certainly worth analyzing. One of their doctors, who I will not name out of respect, is one of the rudest people I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with.

    This is a review by Dr Marianela Saez Silva, pediatrician at this center. Rarely have I encountered a health professional with such a lack of empathy and such reluctance. The few times we have visited her, her responses have always been "that's from reception, I can't do anything", "that's up to the specialist, I can't help you", "I can't do that, you have to ask in this phone"... It is a shame that such unmotivated people continue doing their jobs and even taking care of children, while there are young people much more prepared and eager waiting for a position.

    Hoy por la maΓ±ana, dΓ­a 5 de Noviembre de 2021, el sr que estaba en el puesto de admisiΓ³n estuvo hablando mal a todos los mayores que llegaban para la vacuna...irascible ...de mal humor....sin empatΓ­a ninguna....recuerdo que la media de edad eran 90 aΓ±os....empezaron tarde y aglomeraciones de mayores....un caos total !!!

    I changed from my usual center to Federico Tapia's. Very satisfied with the treatment, the online appointment is practically from one day to the next and is appreciated. I took the opportunity to do blood tests and it didn't take long to get in. After a week everything was ready with my family doctor.
