    Yesterday we were 4 people and what we found was horrible. If there were a lot of people, you would understand that they couldn't go and look, but there was no one except us and it seemed like no one worked there. If you sell animals, treat them well, those conditions are miserable.

    Today I entered this establishment with the intention of buying some complements and accessories for my birds and at the same time look at the birds they had there and if I was interested in color or age then maybe buy some. What was my unpleasant surprise? The saleswoman tells me that I can't see them unless I guarantee that I'm going to buy one.     No sé como no os da vergüenza tener a los pobres animalitos en esas urnas como si fuesen juguetes, asco de tienda...os tenían que encerrar a vosotros así a ver que tal, no se os puede llamar personas....iba a comprar en esa tienda y en cuanto vi a los animalillos no les dejo ni un euro, ojalá y os cierren pronto el local ese...no sé ni como hay gente que puede trabajar ahí todo el día viendo eso

    20 minutos esperando para ser atendido y además los precios de la web no corresponden con los de la tienda física, me dicen que no trabajan los mismos precios que la web, así que podéis ahorraros el viaje hasta la tienda si buscáis un precio competente. En mi caso un saco de pienso para perros 10 euros mas caro en esta tienda que en la web.

    Me han vendido un animal en malas condiciones. Me ha costado más el veterinario y les he escrito y ni me han contestado. Lo que me parece increíble. Era cliente habitual y la verdad que no me ha gustado su comportamiento y que al menos el que me vendieron a mi estaba enfermo.

    Soy súper cliente de esta tienda, compro para mis dos perros (aquí comprados en perfectas condiciones) y compro también aquí, los peces de mi acuario porque se les ven cuidados no, lo siguiente! Todo impecable! Pero lo mejor es cuando llegas a la tienda y ves a las chicas que trabajan ahí, jugando con los cachorros por la tienda e invitando a los clientes a jugar con ellos. Qué casualidad que esta semana tengan cachorros, después de muchos meses sin ellos, y empiecen a llover críticas... Quién quiera, que vea las cosas por si mismo, vendréis por alguna compra y os quedaréis por el asesoramiento y el buen trato que hay aquí. Nada que ver con otras tiendas...
