Great customer service

It's a big store, most of it on the basement floor. Lots of book categories, but also computer and gaming sections, stationary, quirky gifts and mechandising including posters, action figures and soft toys. You can order books, but you have to pay up front. It also has a decent sized café amongst all the sections, and public toilets too. The staff are very approachable and helpful and seem knowledgeable about their stuff

I thought the books shelves were badly organized. I could find the same titles in three different places, far apart, which just confused me.

Security guard out front. Big book selection, decent English section. Records, lots of technology, notebooks, games.

The service is very good and it's got a good range of products, but I do think it is quite expensive in comparison to other shops for the same things.

It is a small supermarket downtown. You can also find tecbnology, top of the line clothing stores. Near new and old city.

They have a bookstore and coffee shop downstairs which is good to pick and brows Books. Similar to barns and noble but not as wide selection
