I started practicing martial arts and contact sports (Karate, full contact, kick boxing, judo) when I was 14 years old and about 15 years ago I met David Graíño in what was my first mma class and that day I knew that I would never stop. train alongside him and learn everything I could with him. I always remember seeing him come to teach the class with his notebook with everything written down about what he is going to teach that day and also for many more days, his way of explaining the techniques, his way of understanding teaching, his way of organizing the lesson. class and the passion with which he does what he likes is undoubtedly what makes him one of the great MMA and grappling teachers in all of Spain. Over time I began to teach classes where I live, which is Barco de Valdeorras and is one of the subsidiaries of this team. Now I also carry a notebook to teach my classes and every time I take that notebook to write down the classes for that day or of several days reminds me of the time I spent learning with him and I feel enormous pride in being part of this team.
