Honestly, the food was good. But all the other things were horrible. Our food took ages. I ordered the cheesecake, but it came without sauce. After asking why I didn't get any sauce, they said they simply didn't have any, because it was still frozen... So they decided to give me a cup of frozen sauce.... Why didn't they just say it in advance?? Or at least give some discount?? And they were really rude about... It's not the first time I hear people complaining about bad service.

Waited for over 2 hours for our meal! How difficult can it be to serve several burgers with fries in a burger restaurant? It was near closing time and we didn't receive anything! After 2 hours we, and many other people, just left the restaurant disgusted by the delay. Thank you very much for this useless trip.

Nice burger restaurant with a correct pricing and good quality food. Homemade lemonades with a natural taste. Friendly service. Basic interior. Good place for a quick but tasteful lunch.

We like this restaurant and it usually serves a great quality burger. However, the past two times ordering take-out, our burgers were insufficiently cooked, with the meat still largely pink/red on the inside, despite ordering well-done.

This has to be the best Burger in town… without a doubt. I pride myself on rarely eating meat but I make an exception for a good burger. Normally I will only make an exception for an HRC Burger, but since Ellis Gourmet Burger has come to Aalst I gladly add their burger to my list of exceptions because their burger is nothing less than delicious. So far I have been to this restaurant four times and each and every time it has been a pleasant experience. The wine, the fries and the burger are terrific, but so is the service. Each and every server that I have had the pleasure of encountering in this restaurant has been polite, courteous, extremely friendly and patient. Nothing we have asked for appears to be too much and believe me… our orders are often not the simplest ones. One of us likes it cooked this way but does not like that, the other one likes it cooked that way and wants extra mustard and so on. But they put up with all our quirks and idiosyncrasies and often odd requests and then come back with a smile to make sure that everything is as wished. Also worth mentioning is that in the not too distant background there is the young manager jumping in where necessary and making sure that everything runs like a well oiled machine and ensuring that his customers have had a pleasant experience. What a great team he runs. Everyone seems to having fun and working together. I am absolutely delighted that Ellis Gourmet Burger Restaurant has come to Aalst as it a definite asset to the town and going by its popularity I would say that I am not the only one who thinks so.

One of the best burgers, that I've ever had in my entire life. The meat was really good cooked. The ketchup for potatos tasted like a real ketchup. The Burger sauce was very delicious. The kitchen and the place itself was really clean. Very delicious. Very nice and clean. Staffs were also nice. Very delicious
