I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at Clayton Critters. My dog requires specialty food which doesn't typically sell well, so they have figured out the timing and just order a bag at just the right time for me to come pick it up each month. They are friendly, always ask after my dog's health, and are really knowledgeable about the products they sell. Thank you!!

This is a great store with a great variety of stuff for your pet! I have a dog and love the natural and healthier treats they have. They also have a rewards program which is nice! I find the staff there friendly and of course my dog loves going because he gets treats!

Stopped by to fit our puppy with a harness and Darrien was so helpful. She helped us find the right kind and proper fit. Such friendly, helpful staff. It's a nice store with a wide variety of supplies, food, treats. If there's anything you need that they don't have they will order it in for you. We will certainly be back.

Darien and team are amazing. Much better management than before. They have a great selection of food and supplies and can happily order anything you need . So nice to speak with educated staff as opposed to a bunch of uniforms. They adopt out cats and have seen them find homes for literally dozens of kitty's including the kitty we got from them. Amazing store amazing staff and amazing expertise. If your shopping elsewhere you are doing it wrong. A A A ++++ Vokra send them more cats! They find so many homes for them!

My dog had and upset stomach. The guy behind the counter was super helpfull and the pumpkin dog food i bought helped my dog recover

Got my cat her scratching post from here. My cat LOVES it and it's super good quality and such a great price. Really friendly store and happy to support a great local store.

Tried to call today to explain what issues my pet has been having, that I felt was urgent. The person on the phone cut me off mid sentence and told me "you will have to come in and wait your turn like everyone else". Very rude, especially when this is supposed to be a place of care.

So thankful to have discovered Clayton Critters. They are close to our house and super helpful. They carry they raw food we feed our pup. When the order comes in, we set up the next order and choose our flavour. It couldn't be easier. Great selection of products.
