Not kid friendly!!!! My 8 yr daughter initiated a visit into Waldo & Tubbs. I was complimented by another customer in the store for my daughters behaviour. While purchasing items from a female employee, unbeknownst to me, a male employee (very tall, older, bald Caucasian male with glasses) whispered sternly to my daughter not to touch any items or she would need to pay for them. The male employee then approached the counter but did not say a thing to me. After we left my daughter appeared upset and when asked said she got in trouble in the store but she didn’t do anything wrong. I found it inappropriate that this male employee would say this to her & not anything to me. She was a customer, she was well behaved, she was supervised. I found his behaviour rude, power based, stealth and highly inappropriate. This did not resonate well with me and poorly impacted our day. I will never go back. Don’t bring kids in this store. In reading the reviews after the fact I’m not the only one who had this experience.

This is where I purchase my Dog's fresh raw dog food. It is always fresh. The people who work here genuinely care about all the pets that come through their front door. An amazing variety of healthy treats and uniquely sorced pet items. Very affordable. My dog had severe digestive problems before we visited here. They are so knowledgeable and especially kind. My dog is so healthy now. Just picked up the perfect pet towel for this rainy weather.

Love this pet supply store! The pet food is of the highest quality, reasonably priced and locally sourced. The owner and staff are true cat and dog lovers and it shows in the products they stock, and the knowledgeable advice they have given me. They have never tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, they have always made suggestions on purchases based on my needs and many times that has meant selling me a cheaper item than what I intended on purchasing. I've never been disappointed.

I got a giant chicken for my dogs from them. It is glorious. Also their selection wet dog foods is excellent, a lot of interesting well priced options.

Nice little shop in the Fort Langley area, conveniently located on Glover Rd and 96th Ave The store is Quant, but has a good selection of natural pet foods, toys and various items. The owner works really hard at providing great service to her clients, ensuring good customer service and overall satisfaction. I live in Pitt Meadows, but having met and been impressed by the owners commitment to the success of her business, I decided to go check out her store and give her some business. I was purchasing a few treats for my neighbor's small dog and was impressed with the variety of naturally produced pet foods offered. It became obvious that the owner takes great pride in the selection of products offered and encourage anyone in the area to check them out. Excellent customer service and really fair pricing makes the decision to shop there a smart choice. Check them out, I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised

the hairless man who works there is one of the rudest people we’ve ever encountered in a store, he has followed me and my family around the store in suspicion we’re stealing. My brother had a toy picked out for our dog and we were walking up to the till when he asked us to put it back and not let our dog touch it. We have also experienced this behaviour from him before, walking a toothbrush up to the till. Both times my brother was excitedly holding the treat for our dog whom was with us, my brother is very obviously on the spectrum (8 years old) and cannot self regulate. He doesn’t even greet costumers and is very rude when answering questions. Don’t shop here , it’s way too expensive and the customer service is awful.

This is a great pet store with really friendly and helpful staff. If you bring your pet, they are helpful in finding the right size collar or jacket or anything else that might need to be fitted. They have lots of tasty and high quality treats and a fun variety of toys and other household items your pet might need. My dog especially loved the display dog sitting outside and loves to drink from the water bowl out front.

Love this place. The couple that operate this place are so nice. Lots of healthy choice treats and chewy items, cool toys, and other dog accouterments like funky clothes, leashes, beds, mats, etc. They suff dogs with lots of treats and give them massages. They love animals. Great shop.

We got a new puppy in February who’s had some tummy troubles and all of our encounters with the gentleman who works here have been so helpful! He’s given us such great advice and has been transparent and honest with us which we appreciate. Thank you!
