This mc donalds in Abbotsford is huge, the parking lot is huge as well, came for late snack after walking around the park.friendly staff quick service, there's a large kids play area. Found it a little hard to get buzzed in to use the washroom. It's nicely decorated in there as well. There is a huge parking lot. Always make sure u double check your order when u get it.

Very bad service for delivery person at night time . Usually they take 10 minutes to prepare order but yesterday's incident I accepted 2 order back to back and they were giving order to their relatives I think he was calling that girl to prepare his food first and I was waiting there from 10 minutes but guy just came and the employee came and gave him food I just forgot to see her name otherwise I could have mentioned her. Please all delivery people rate them low if anything happened with you that they can pay attention to their service.

The $1 ice creams are ridiculously tiny. The ad made it sound like regular cones were a dollar but that was misleading. Don't bother. We thought it would be a cool Saturday night treat for the kids. Disappointing.

This is the most absolutely worst McDonald’s around. Do not go here if you value your order being correct or timely. I have been I’ve been here several times recently and every single time was a total disaster. Four trips to the drive-through for a breakfast bagel sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese, nothing complicated) that they still couldn’t make right last Sunday and then tonight waiting 17 minutes for some stale chicken nuggets and cold fries. And they aren’t even apologetic. In that time my husband‘s actually hot Dinner went cold and had to be re-purchased at a different restaurant. what I wouldn’t give to have bought my dinner at Wendy’s just like he did and avoided this whole disaster. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.

This location is the worst out of the many in abbotsford. You'd think being in central abby and how busy you are, there would be some hustle to your orders. I have been parked every single time thru drive thru for very simple items. Go inside to eat and your waiting extreme long as well. Dont expect much from a mcdonalds, but This location needs some serious training on customer service and fast food timing

Always making mistakes on my food. Ordered 2 bacon and egg Gouda and only received 2 bacon and egg McMuffins. Called them they apologized and gave me a code. Not gonna go there anymore.

Self serve kiosk was broken. Had to ask 3 times for someone to help me at the main desk after being stared at then ignored. Ordered the new chicken burger and none of the dressings were on the burger, just in the box. Asked for extra pickles and got 3. Asked for mayo on my burger and didn't get it. Stood at the window and again had to ask to be helped.This is exactly why you get paid what you do, and why you'll never make it anywhere else. Saw not just one employee but two push the garbage into the can a few times then leave it rather than replace the garbage.

I’ve been here a handful of times and live close by. Fries are extremely overly salty compared to other McDs. Coffee is burnt every single time and tastes disgusting. I’d go here time after time because it’s literally 1 minute away from me, with the hopes that it will be better next time, but I end up being disappointed again! I rather drive to another Mcdonalds and pay for better tasting fries and coffee. Staff is always nice though!

For fast food, this location has fresh bugerbuns , muffins , chicken nuggets and fries 🍟 ( not given to you cold ) . The kids love it . So that's a win in my books. I love there Tea , its so good here . The staff are very nice , friendly and helpful here . You just gotta have a little patience with the students , as they are just learning ( some of them , its there first job ) This location also has a kids play area 😀

Last time we go here. Pulling in my wife said you know they mess up every order. Sure enough we go drive through , we go back around to get them to correct the order. We were told we were wrong we didn’t know what we ordered. Just left as we had to get to the Abby Run for Water. Hash brown were soggy and mushy.

They rush when fulfilling the orders via Drive Thru, and every time I've gone there they've given me someone else's order or the wrong breakfast sandwich (I tend to go mid-morning). I avoid going to this location now since their accuracy is weak.

It's McDonald's, you know what to expect at every location. Now that they've removed the play center's and all the characters we grew up with, it's less of an experience to take your kids, or grandchildren there. Less than good, more than inedible... the coffee IS good, though.

Did 1 because i can't do 0. They are a terrible location, they don't let us bring our backpack in the washroom so we have to leave it there with them but I wouldn't trust them with my stuff, they care so much how we sit, they have bugs all over the place, the indoor staff aren't that friendly, their water their fountain doesn't work without a broken sign, and they're so slow! I wouldn't recommend this location.👎

Every time I come through the drive-through, I always have something wrong with my order. Half the time the food is in hot and I have to wait in the parking stalls. If you’re looking forward to having the right food in your bag, I suggest going to a different McDonald’s.

The service is always wonderful. Very friendly staff indeed. The food is not good, though. I have given it more chances than I should have wasted my money on. It's just McDonald's food. Don't blame this store. The food costs 5 times what it used to, it's smaller, and is not enjoyable anymore. Kudos to the staff for putting up with the way too many rude customers. The food service industry is brutal.

More times than not, my coffee isn't correct. I'd order a double double, and there would be no sugar at all, or its sitting in the bottom of the cup because they don't stir the damn coffee. I now carry splenda packets in the car and just order it with cream. I don't think anyone would have a problem with taking 15 seconds to stir the coffee. I'll keep using this location for 2 reasons: the early morning crew has it running quite smoothly and are very friendly and the convenience of where it's located.

Normal McDonalds. This one is somewhat cleaner than most, and the service has been good every time I've ben there. The interior has been updated several times over the years. I'm a little sad that the play structure is now gone. I remember that being fun for my kids when they were the right age for that.

They make the food unsanitary. The person with the long fingernails made the food by hand without using gloves. They put the dropped meat patty back into the warm container. It came out wrong with my order. The table in the store is dirty.

There is a philippino shift manager or crew lead in the evening shift on 7th dec. She was very rude to the food delivery people. She is not the right fit in that store. Rest everything was good. Good place to have dine in. Good atmosphere.

The kids play place has a nice open seating area, which is also kept very clean. 4/5 stars. Would rate 5/5 if the dine-in service was faster.

Upsetting to see 2/3 stalls in the women's bathroom out of toilet paper and the hand dryer is broken. The atmosphere gets a 1 of 5 stars because it wasn't a pleasant experience. Hygiene is important when eating food, especially at a high volume, big name restaurant as McDonald's. This ruins the full enjoyment when things lime this happen.

This Location is feeling like poison!!! First Things First, when I was going somewhere far, the second thing I did was get an orange juice and an hashbrown. I ate the hash brown and drunk the apple juice. The third thing I did was when I was 3 quarters there, I had to turn back because I didn't feel good. Then when I got home, I rushed to the toilet and ended up puking. It is advised you should not go to this McDonald's, you could have a chance puking. I prefer the one on McCallum Road.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to, other than the Maple ridge location on 227th.. ☹️ There is always a super long line. Although you can't tell because it's double laned... Many mistakes on orders, and almost always I'm asked to park in a space and wait even longer for my order. .. took 20 minutes a few days ago.. from waiting in the drive thru to order, to the slow crawl to pay and be told to park again in a spot to wait longer for my order. Wendy's is again, way better... My child insisted on a happy meal. Next time I'm going to Wendy's and saving the Happy meal box and putting the kids meal in there to trick them...

Busy spot. Long drive thru lines but fast service. Meal today was warm-hot, and all items were correct. We once got someone else's meal at this location, however, today's experience was a lot better.

Food is way too expensive. McDonald's was always the 'cheap' place to eat. They don't even have that now. Nearly $28 for my last order, when I can spend just as much or slightly more elsewhere for better food.

Went through the drive thru two people in the car, used two coupons at order area while making order. Went to pick up order the person at the window was snarky said only one coupon is allowed. With two people in the car you would think 2 coupons would be fine one for each person. However NO was the answer. OK, We can spend our money elsewhere. We drove away and went to Burger King. We have crossed overpriced MacDonalds off our list. Every store Forever. Have a nice day. Only Sorry unable to give Negative zero stars .

They stepped up their game, previously they weren't the best but the current staff are actually making stuff properly, not putting out greasy or smushed food. I went later at night and was surprised with how much better the quality was after not visiting for quite long. Either the night shift staff are the best possible workers or the staff altogether have changed and made the place better to go to.

This location is horrific. Ordered 3 meals all fries were under cooked the chicken nuggets tasted and felt so old they legit didn’t even feel like nuggets they were freezing and so chewy and rubbery it was insane, like they had been left out all day long..called the manager she implied I was lying which blew my mind, she literally didn’t care at all, she couldn’t even offer a refund. The fries weren’t cooked you’d get a few cooked ones here and there but majority were all raw. The burgers were left out for hours they were very tough, and cold. They didn’t pour the salt on as usual it was like they took a bag and threw it on. You have to wait and inane amount of time then receive under cooked raw food then the manager can’t even do anything to correct the situation? Yeah no, this wasn’t a one time occurrence this has happened 15+ times and now I’m beyond done with this McDonald’s. It use to be great 10 years ago now it’s a complete joke. I won’t be going back to this location literally ever again. The location by cabelas is the best one so far, the food is always amazing, customer service is fantastic and they’re quick. Bourquin McDonald’s you have gone down hill and need new staff, managers and cooks you guys are disgraceful

Haven't been back since 2018.So white and soggy fries, too salty, feel like a fish ready to be salted. Where is the crunchiness? Dine in are dirty with flies.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt on this particular trip because the fryers were down at the Mt.Lehman location so they were particularly busy. However they overfilled their drive through "parked" positions and lost track of their drive through orders and resulted in me waiting for 15 minutes and needed to go inside the empty lobby to collect my food.

I used to work here, I’m sad with how bad it’s all gotten. The presenter today didn’t say a word besides a grunt, and my McDouble was super sloppy/falling apart.
