I rarely write a review, especially a bad one but this business managed to blow my fuse. My wife purchased a converse sneaker for my 5 year old. After wearing it for a mere 3 hours the sole of the shoe separated from the upper. It literally fell apart under normal use. So my wife takes the article back to the store with the receipt. And now comes the part that just astounds me: they claim it it NORMAL WEAR and TEAR! A shoe that fell apart within 3 hours is normal! On top of that they were rude with my wife and treated her with utter contempt. DO NOT purchase anything here. This business does not stand behind the merchandise it sells and does not care about its customers. In fact I will take the time and effort to take this to Customer Protection BC and the BBB because this business should not be able to get away with such outright disrespect to our laws. Shame on you!

Good selection of branded clothes, shoes, bagsand accessories. Helpful staff. Prices are on a higher side even after discounts. Ample parking space. A famous and many' favourite shopping destination. Clean washroom for male, female and disabled people. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

Today is November 8, 2020. All staff are still not wearing masks, not encouraging customers to wear one. There were a few customers not wearing masks, and I could smell weed in the shoes section. The experience was terrible. I had to step outside to breath fresh air.

One of the better shops around for getting actual skateboarding gear! They still sell core skateboarding stuff, not just that champion and fila "lifestyle wear" trash that now clogs the malls. Amazing deals on shoes and a really nice selection of clothes as well. Stop by if your in the area, you won't be disappointed!

Was there today with the family looking for swimwear. We did shop and were OK, but we felt uncomfrtable that the staff were completely devoid of minstry of health and worksafe bc COVID safety precautions. Staff were together unmasked, no sneeze guard, no physical distancing. There was a token hand sanitizer at the entrance and other than that it did not feel like the pandemic was taken seriously. staff came into your bubble to talk to you, etc. They said they were not told they had to wear masks so they didnt. Disappointed. It's actions like this that will help spur a second wave. We came in with our masks on.

Fantastic customer service!! The girl who worked there really went above and beyond expectations. I had just pulled in to the parking lot and my two babies had fallen asleep in the car. Not wanting to wake them up as naps were desperately needed, I called and asked if someone had time to pick out a few DC shoes in a certain size and put them at the counter, and I would quickly run in and purchase one so I didn't have to wake my babies. She was so polite and understanding on the phone and in store, and the shoes she picked were perfect :)

Went in this past week as a birdie told me they had my size shoes in stock (size 16). Went in and was greeted by multiple staff members. I asked about my shoe size shoes and they had a couple pairs for me to try on... Found a couple of shirts and a pair of pants also... Very clean and organized store... Will definitely return soon...

I went to get my kids some clothes and did not bring them with me due to covid precautions. I asked when I made my purchase if I could buy some different sizes and refund the others. I was told as long as tags were on them it would be no problem. I went back the following day and was told I would only get a gift card. I wouldn't have bought what I did if i knew that was the issue. After reaching out via email I had a quick reply and a good resolution. It was very much appreciated which is why I have updated my review.

Just went to shopping there this morning and discover this . Disappointed and I don’t think I will come back

I went in to find something for my daughter during Christmas and a nice young lady named Carol helped me find the perfect gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved it and I would’ve been clueless without her advice. Thank you!

The staff are super friendly and I love that they are helpful but not pushy. I appreciate the accommodation for my child who cannot wear a mask and the kindness you all showed. I'll always come back here. Not to mention your prices are off the hook. Thanks for the awesome experience as always

Staff is very welcoming and friendly, anything that I needed I was helped right away. Prices are fair and the quality of the clothing is really good. Store is also very organized. Overall a good outlet store!

Not stoked on the T shirt selection this year. Racks are filled with Puma and just standard cut basic cotton shirts. Hopefully start seeing more longer cut organic / soft cotton shirts soon

High quality for an outlet store. Looks nice, has style. Prices are a bit high for outlet.

what’s there is good. for people tempted to drive in from elsewhere: this is not the typical large strip-mall outlet style of stores with 20-30+ vendors you may be expecting. it’s pretty much one store surrounded by automotive stores. again, a good place, just not a large set out stores one may expect.

I used to walk out with my arms full. Now I leave empty handed pretty much every time. I thought I was just old and irrelevant. Turns out it was you, not me. Because since Christmas I’ve dropped thousands of dollars on new clothes and shoes. It just seems like this store got too plain and boring.
