Great place, the kids wanted to come here as Riverdale is filmed here and they were not disappointed. The menu is very comprehensive, lots to choose from. The food was great, very nice staff and the old diner vibe was great. We will need to come back and try more dishes as there is just so much to choose from.

The atmosphere is perfect, exactly what you expect. Very clean, service is impeccable. Friendly and professional, food arrived quickly. Full of locals not too busy. Parking was very convenient. Wonderful menu selection. Classic American diner without copping out. Not greasy or lazy, just quality. The omelette was bursting and flavourful. Portion sizes are no joke. The coffee was also great and I never saw the bottom of my mug.

Food was great with big portions. People are friendly. You know it's a proper diner when big burly Caucasians leave with a doggy bag. I finished my plate but I was just ultra hungry. 100% would go back. They have a strict be nice to the worker policy. Some funny photos of banned people posted on the wall

We were so excited to eat here and it didn't disappoint. I had the giant footlong but noticed that a lot of people were having waffle topped with whipped cream and fruit. Make sure to bring your appetite for the huge delicious portions. The service was superb and ambiance was wonderful. Very busy place. Depending on what time you go, you might have to wait to get in.

3.5 out of 5. Had the bacon cheese burger and spicy fries? Burger was ok. I guess coming here I expected to be amazed but it was alright. Fries weren't 'spicy' but they were good and there was a lot of them. Also got a milkshake which wasn't bad. All in all my bill with tip was nearly 30.00 for the burger/fries and milkshake. I'd rather go to White Spot all day for that amount. Always wanted to check this place out- it was OK. Nothing spectacular. Check it out for yourselves- support you local businesses. One and done for me. P.S. everyone I talked to said it tastes better after a night out at the bars, perhaps you have to be drunk to really enjoy 🤷

Well I guess I was expecting more from a place with a reputation. The menu is outstanding! Too look at.. Wasn't impressed with the milkshakes flavor wise they didn't seem organic just really sweet and really fake tasting. As far as the burgers go I was looking forward to some excellent smash burgers made in house but they obviously came from preformed Frozen so were very dense, processed and lacked juicy flavor. Kudos on using iceberg lettuce instead of the limp green leaf lettuce that everyone else seems to think must go on a burger. The french fries also were from Frozen, had a strange unpleasant flavor, were not at all crispy, were very pasty in texture. I love that this is a 24 hour establishment and was looking forward to going there and drawing late at night then well into the morning. I'll have to try the coffee as that will be the deciding factor on whether this is my go-to spot for that or not. This seems like a place where the staff should be having a lot of fun however it didn't seem like they were terribly pleased to be there. Mind you there really isn't much room to move around and be animated.

Stopped in for the first time the other evening and the staff was super friendly and offered to seat me right away. I ordered a burger and a a milkshake and they both where amazing. I definitely will be back.

Was really good!!! Prices are good. Food was good. Milkshakes were outta this world. Good size portions. Table across with teens were incredibly loud and annoying but overall great experience and will definitely return and recommend. Well done!

Huge Portions and affordable. Food was really good. Got Boss Dog and Cajun Chicken Burger with Disco Fries to eat. Charged us for to go boxes(leftovers) which doesn't make sense. Washrooms were smelly and a mess. Also got Coffee and German Chocolate and Cookies and Cream Milkshake. Its a 24hr open diner which sure helps. Rather get a take out!

On both occasions I have visited service has been a bit slow and mediocre. The servers are friendly but can be forgetful with bringing side plates, sauces etc. Would still visit again though because their food is good. Lots of milkshake flavour options and floats. Theyre open 24 hours which is awesome. All in all great comfort diner food but nothing spectacular, their poutine comes with shredded cheese and not the curds which isnt ideal but still tastes good.

Love the vibes of this place! It definitely feels like you’re in Riverdale. Service could improve but overall experience and food is great! Milkshakes are the best I’ve ever tried and you get your money’s worth!!

Nice old school diner feel. Gotta have the milkshake every time we go here. Large portions, and yummy. Friendly service. Had some rowdy teenagers removed discretely. If you’re ever in the area or it’s on the way, definitely worth the stop.

A 24hr 50s diner!?! How much better can it get! The waitresses are awesome friendly and will chat regardless of how busy it is! I will visit this place again and again!! Loved it!!

Awesome little diner! Their milkshakes are classic and delicious, with 30 flavours to choose from. The poutine was the best I've ever had, with a giant mountain of fries smothered in cheese and gravy. I came here at 1:30AM and it was quite busy for the time. Great customer service, friendly staff and a cool retro atmosphere. Not to mention the prices are very good. I will be coming back!

My first time @ Rockos Diner & was unaware of the filming that's taken place there... (guess I should watch Riverdale now eh lol). Service was slow tho they were slammed busy, food was fast, deep fried pickles were amazing, I got them with Maple Mayo.. MR Sirloin Steak was cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were meh & wayyyy to hot apon arrival & sorry but the corn was horrible.... would have been better with hard carrots or even plain lettuce as it was just very freezer burnt looking frozen corn. The cheesecake is amazing but dang isn't all cheesecake?

Too pricy for the quality, but it is a gimmicky spot. Serves its purpose.

Great experience, with the music and the decor, it really feels like an old fashioned diner! The food was amazing, especially the milkshakes. The food portions were exceptionally large. I highly recommend this place for a great meal and atmosphere! The staff were super friendly and nice to deal with, top notch service 👌

Tammy was amazing, she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and she was completely composed. The food was amazing, I ordered both the Belgian waffles and the waffler (pictures below) and I was so stuffed. Mind you I didn’t eat dinner or lunch the day before so I was STRAVING!!! The strawberry sauce was to DIE for!! Yum yum yum! All of it, the atmosphere and the crowds, even when Tammy didn’t have other staff come in she still managed to work all the tables BY HERSELF! She did so amazing, amazing laugh and played along with the customers! I would definitely say it’s one of our favourite places to visit while in Mission.

Great food, larger portions.....just a funky overall experience. You are transported back to the 50's with this place. They did a great job creating the dinner experience. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and the service was quick.

Cozy and retro place with tasty food! Very well known restaurant because the filming of the Riverdale tv show. 24 hours service. Good amount of food, very diversed menu, prices ok, fast service, 50's decoration that makes a unique place. If you are going on a trip to Abbotsford or surrounding areas, you need to stop and try its dishes.

First time here, but won't be my last. Checked this place out, and so far, been very satisfied, both food and service. I ordered the skillet with corned beef and hollandaise sauce. It was savory, delicious and filling, that I was satisfied but not bloated. The waitresses were very friendly and tended to my needs in a timely manner. Atmosphere here was very relaxed and well kept (aside from a couple torn seats), will be back again when I get the chance.

The service is great, the food is good but for the price I'm paying for, I'm probably not coming back. The price point of the burgers are normal but the size isn't. We also went on a Saturday afternoon and the place was kinda full so you have to wait outside.

Rocko's Diner offers a charming diner-style atmosphere. The portions are generous, and the food, although greasy, tastes fantastic. Don't miss out on their amazing milkshakes served in freezing cold steel cups. Despite it being a busy long weekend, the service was efficient.

Amazing food and really good service. It's a family run business. We stopped in for some lunch / brunch and had a really good meal. The server was amazing also. Not really in the area very often but will for sure come back again if we are in the area.

Cool restaurant! For the fans of the “Riverdale” to have a milkshake, take your instagram pictures and that is. The food was not bad at all, the service really great, despite there were a lot of people trying to get a table.

Rocko's diner is the most North American restaurant I have ever been to. It is one of the roadside food places that appears on television and in series like Riverdale. The burgers are very delicious as well as they are cheap, and the service is excellent. It's a place that you should go.

I waited 15 mins to put my order in and I was first in line. When they are busy don't bother. The staff cannot remember your order and miss adding toppings to orders, no ketchup for fries, no napkins or utensils. Another group waited 1 hour to get in to dine in.

OMG the milkshakes are to die for!!

I ordered 2 Classic Rippers(glorified hot dogs and fries, no extras and a couple shakes. I was very unimpressed actually. After all the hype about this place I would not order that again. I mean even the milkshake wasn't anything special, and I've been told that Rocko's has the best shakes. After paying almost $50 for that meal I'm left with a very unsatisfied palette. I will give it another try, sometime in the future, and hope for a different experience? Sorry for my review but I must be truthful.

Awesome staff, delicious food and the diner has old school diner vibes. The portions are great and you get great value for your money. I definitely recommend eating here. Oh and the milkshakes here are the best!!!

Their floor is a bit dirty with some vegetables on the floor. Their food is similar to American food; however, I tried one of their Caesar salad and it’s delicious! Their grilled cheese tastes like a homemade grilled cheese. I recommended you to go there! (Their food is a quite expensive than we expected.)

We ended up here after a long day hike and pretty much looking forward to experience food at this place, matching to our expectations this place offers a really delicious food and fun while you wait to taste the food. I have ordered a chicken Cajun sandwich which was really filling and this order would include fries as well. If you driving from Abbotsford to Vancouver, take a stop here and won’t be disappointed!

super cool vibe if you like diners! the food was mediocre. The cesar salad was awful but the burger was good. what do you expect from a diner? the service was amazing. The server was always right there. good experience and worth a trip!

Always have fun when I'm at Rockos. Tried the meatloaf and an ice cream float and I found it tasty. Portions were definitely generous and I was surprised I managed to finish it. Not my first time there and I would definitely go back.

We checked out this place going to Harrison Springs, knowing this is in Riverdale. The shakes and food were good, but what really stood out was the endearing service! Felt so welcomed and that I teleported to the past. One thing to note is that the washroom can have a line since there’s one one stall Note, my visit was back in late 2021, but I saw a video saying this place has a one star On Yelp :(

Date: August 8, 2021 I've been to Rockos on several occasions, particularly when going on road trips with my friends. Be advised, the wait times can sometimes be ridiculous. I recall one time that my friends were sitting in the car for an hour and a half waiting for our table. The time flew by thanks to getting lost in conversation, and now it's just a funny little memory. On this particular visit, I was feeling like a kid again, so I got the pancakes with the hash browns, exquisite. I've also had the chicken poutine burger which was good but perhaps a bit much. The Veggie burger is also a good choice. Milkshakes are all wonderful, treat it like ice cream flavours, you can either play it safe or try a flavour that could be atrocious. Keep in mind, Milkshakes have gone up in price from $6 to $9. Best to treat them as a premium dessert now. My only possible negative critique is that thanks for Riverdale, this place gets oversaturated with fans of the show.

I visited Rocko's during the pandemic so unfortunately I was not able to experience the diner experience as their dine-in hours were reduced. I ordered through a window and service was friendly and prompt. I got the Double 'Shroom Burger, which included fries. The portions were great, but both the burger and fries were relatively generic. I would give it another chance to try out the ambience and order one of their more unique items on the menu.

Food is so good, fantastic milk shakes and serviceiswonderful. Super clean and careful regarding covid practices. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the setting. There's a lot of character. We went for breakfast and the food was great. Exactly what we were looking for and can't always find in the GVA. The options were huge, so bring your stretchy pants. ;)

One of my favourite places to eat!!! Always great food especially their Montreal smoked meat and the atmosphere is always lively no matter what time of the day!

Glad to finally be able to eat in restaurant! Used to go here multiple times a month. Food is still good as well as service is very friendly and quick to do refills and such. Definitely recommend poutine with green onions!
