Really nice interior and really good fast food. I particularly enjoy the caramel frappe, raspberry milkshake, and burgers and fries. The service is also fast and digitized and makes everything quicker and easier.

We visited this Macdonald's last week. They have a member of staff on the door, over seeing social distancing, but not hot on track and trace. They have 2 floors, and you can order food, from both floors, just a shame the food ordering machines upstairs... do not give receipts out, so you are unsure if your order has gone through.... but ask a member of staff and they check. They also seem to have a problem with lots of school children, all meeting on the top floor, while we were there, a member of management had to remove about 20 children for disturbing others.. ( 4 tables full of school children). When the food was brought to us... seemed the normal standard for Macdonald's and was warm. We then tried to order ice cream... no ice cream, apparently the machine has been removed to be repaired.. All in all, I would say, customers experience needs to be improved. Would probably advise not to revisit, and I will not be returning if in area.

I came i to McDonald's as a Digital Nomad and I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of space, good WiFi signal and wall sockets avaliable to use and charge your stuff. The atmosphere was relaxed, clientell - mostly younger guests, but that is a plus. I was able to set up my gear and focus, which is the most important part. Desserts and coffee helped me to get through the day. If youbare in Aberdeen and ylubwant to do your work - this place is for you! 🧑‍💻

They staff is always so polite to me even if it's busy they bring me my breakfast or meal to the table because of my disabilities. They listen what I would like for my order like what sauces on my burger and what I like to have off it .They friendly and make sure I'm ok and politly open the door for me because it can be a struggle sometimes . Just because it's a convinient McDonald's to get to if you're in Aberdeen doesn't mean its good. Imagine almost every time you use the self check-out, and you never get a ticket for your number, so you have to rely on your memory to get your food. At the same time, without a ticket, there's a chance someone can just take your food and go with it, or you end up taking somebody else's food as well. Compared to the other McDonald's in Aberdeen, this one isn't a favourable one to go to. I only ever come here just for mates getting their food from here. I'd be better off at one of the other shops around here.

I have ordered from here for a while, recently they have had missing items. 2 times in a row in fact, I don’t even get how you missed an order like that it was the same order and they’ve forgot the Big Mac which was in a meal and they still delivered the drink. Despicable, we couldn’t get refund either. There is also almost always a leak when delivered

I orders from this McDonalds on union street and got: - a hair in my 20 chicken nuggets. - chicken Mayo had pickles when was supposed to be completely plain. - Big Mac bun wasn’t even toasted was just raw - chips stone cold - practically wrong order and just thrown in the bag - phoned to complain over the phone and declined my phone call. Terrible never order from this place later on at night or ever. Disgusting.

This place is very crowded all the time but the personal is very good and fast so it don't take long for you to get the order and enjoy your food or drink. The toilets area are cleaned and well maintained. The sitting area is clean and organised. The desert is very good here too.

Me and my brother both got really bad food poisoning, we're now facing the aftermath of the meal, at 2AM. The strawberry syrup McCafe drink tasted spoiled, so I only took a few sips and stopped, so the problem was with the food, not the drink. Usually there's decent quality at this specific McDonald's but I will avoid it onwards.

Yesterday morning I ordered a breakfast menu. The flat bread was molded. The worker tried to convince me that it wasn't a mold. Since I work in the subway, I know what the mold is. She asked me what I wanted to do next, but I didn't have time to deal with it because I had to go to work, I just threw it in the bin. So control what you eat. Have a nice day

Says on here that it closes at 23:45. Walked up from my hotel, arriving at 22:30 to be refused entry by a guy on the door. He said they were closed, delivery drivers only! When I said that they advertised being open later he offered no explanation, just repeated what he said before. Taco Bell was a couple of doors down and were happy to take my business

Really quick survice and good food and the ice cream machine is constantly working, staff are really friendly and are always there to help if you need. I wouldn't recommend eating downstairs though. It gets very noicy with everyone ordering and dilivery people coming in and out but if you just go upstairs it's great

Am not new to McDonald's. As always lighting fast service, great burger (big Mac is the best in the world) and wonderful fries. McD cannot go wrong .

Very helpful staff. I have a walking stick and was shown to seat and was able to get table service, and chap was very helpful.

My children's all time favourite when come to fast Food and mine too. You can always trust the quality of food in McDonald. The only down site is the restaurant cleanliness still need to improve.

I visited with my granddaughter at a very busy time today, my mobility is not too good and the lady at the front of the restaurant was very helpful finding me a seat and pointing me in the right direction to order food. I don't know this lady's name but she never stopped clearing tables, emptying bins and helping customers all the time I was in she is definitely a good advert for McDonald's.

This is actually one of the poorer mcdonalds we've been to. Circumstances meant we were there 2 days running. None of my kids finished the food. It was somehow both oily and dry. Service is slow. Staff are tripping over each other with no clue what they should be doing and the toilets upstairs stank so badly of urine. I'd suggest avoiding. There are plenty of other options in Aberdeen.

Unfortunately attempted to grab a quick lunch with friend, and charge my phone as waiting on urgent phonecall.. Unfortunately, between 1 and 4pm it was full of older schoolkids and after waiting an hour for a seat downstairs my lunch was ruined and binned. We all need to eat/drink but one milkshake between 6 taking up seats of others paying? Wasted my money and time.

Food cold, atmosphere non existent. Rigorously enforce the 10p charge for ketchup which is a joke. Go to burger King only just up the road

Very clean place, good service. I didn't like the idea of having bouncers on the door. It is not a night club it's a fast food place. get rid of the bouncers please. It's very off putting.

Worse time to try and grab a quick work lunch is during school hours. But It was only a short wait from placing my order to sitting down with my food, place is noisy as always but that means it just a popular place to eat

Quick stop for 9 nuggets and a small Coke Zero. Prices certainly risen lately. Was really busy but served quick and delivered to table. High table viewing onto union street.

Very busy place.. staff are helpful and quick service. Receipt printing is most of the time out of order and its difficult for anyone who need it for official purpose.

Always busy McD restaurants right in the city center. 6 touch screens for individual orders or 2 positions to be ordered from the counter. It has a small space with a few tables on the ground level and a larger room on the first floor. For a quick take-away snack or a meal with the whole family inside.

Visited this McDonald's quite a few times traveling the country for work and by far this Mcdonald is the worse service ever. Fast food? I waited 20mins on a large meal and it wasn't busy. Total disgrace and what you get in the bag don't look like the picture that got you to pay money to McDonald's. Rip off or what! In future I will not visit any more McDonald's.

Wasn't bad, floor was wet and slippery near the steps, can't be helped though, it's Scotland. The only place drier than the mainland is the North sea. Coffee was fine.

I ordered for a meal and there was no sauces added though I requested for these (this is not the first time). Half of the drink was also gone when it was delivered. I know they will blame the delivery guy but whoever prepared the drink should have used two covers to ensure it doesn't spill. Not so happy about this. Their fries 🍟 also come cold like a left over food.

Placed an order through just eat. Ordered sausage & egg muffin meal, 2 extra hash browns. Left a note requesting milk & sugar for the tea as I have just move in with no fridge ! Delivery arrive opened the bag. Missing the sausage & egg muffin ! ! No milk & sugar as requested! Phoned McDonald's straight away was told they DON'T redelivery missing items .I have to phone just eat and get a refund ! I do not want a refund I just want my food. Anyway tea got poured down the sink & I'm currently eating my 3 hash browns for breakfast. Worst service ever. I would actually give them 0 star not 1 as that is the only way I can leave a review.

Food is often desent for its price. But I don't know how they pass their hygene assessments, but at the moment, I'm sure that this MacDonalds is the source for the spread of norovirus. Me and my co-worker got poisoned for good 4 days. Whenever you order from this place, be ready to gamble next to the white ceramic throne.
