This is what what greeted us when my boyfriend and I were told by management that our apartment was completely ready for move in. They didn’t even have a key for us on our move in day that was chosen several weeks in advance.

Perhaps the most incompetent and unresponsive landlords I have ever had the displeasure of leasing with. Buildings are infested with roaches, last spring and summer, my AC was broken until well into August. Prices are inflated for small units thrown between a loud and dirty community. You're better off anywhere else. They also allow subletting with Apartment 3-b in 402 having a driver live there off the lease, taking up spots in the already limited parking area.

I've been living here for sometime now and I can honestly say I'm happy to call this place my home. Office staff is very cool guys and I always visit them on my free time. The staff is very helpful if there are any issues with my apartment. Josh is a very cool guy, if you ever need help or questions answer I would ask for him. Also the way the keeps the grounds clean is impressive. Very clean and peaceful neighborhood. Happy to call this home.

Very impressed with the office and maintenance staff here. Any issue i had with my apartment that i reported was taken care of that day. Sometimes if a part they need wasn't in it could of took longer but it was still complete. Josh and Dawson are always very friendly and caring. Josh is someone that will talk to you and make you feel very special about your stay. He was who i was working with in my move in process and i can say he made the process very easy. 7 months here and i’m still satisfied!

The Osprey has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The maintenance team is on point, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The apartments are very clean and well kept. I was fortunate to secure a newer/updated apartment and can’t say enough good things about the space. The office staff is very nice, understanding and professional. The Osprey additionally maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever I’ve had any issues the staff has been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also great about allowing pets. The pool is an excellent bonus with lifeguards on stand-by. I would highly recommend renting from The Osprey. While I understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way!

I have been living here since 2021 and the staff has been very kind, welcoming and they treat the tenants like family. When things need to be fixed or tended to in my apartment or on the property as a whole, I see no hesitation when it comes to them getting the job done. Anytime I call or step into the office, they are ready and prepared to help. If they don't know the answer to my questions or problems, they do their best to get my questions answered and problems resolved before the end of the day. When it comes to them I really have no complaints. I know it is definitely hard being the go to people but they make it look easy.

My experience at move-in has been nothing but exceptional. The staff was professional, friendly, and answered all my inquiries promptly. In my opinion, the rent is a bit on the higher end for the square footage provided and lack of a patio, security, and amenities, such as a gym. My initial maintenance list request at move-in took longer than expected; however, the maintenance team is very responsive for follow-on maintenance requests. I received nothing but good service from the leasing office staff and maintenance staff. It is a relative good location. I only recommend to be aware of your surrodings in this community as you may run into dogs without a leash, running cars parked at night outside buildings for hours with people inside, and people hanging out in laundry rooms throughout the night.

My experience at the Osprey has been great. I will miss this neighborhood. Its very quiet, If you are looking for an apartment for the first time i would def recommend, or if you need a smaller space, the osprey is the place you need. This was my first time ever having an apartment. The only thing i wished my apartment had was a washer and dryer, but it was the only apartment available at the time. And its close by everything as far as food and shopping centers in Aberdeen, and 10 minutes from APG. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
