I arrived at 3:32 to have my hair cut. The store hours were until 4:00 and there was two people cutting hair and just one person waiting. I was told they were not taking any more customers. It normally takes about 10 minutes max to cut my hair.

Great customer service but bad service. Asked for a bald fade did not get that. Once the hair cut was over I asked to be more bald the young lady left me with a bunch of side patches and only realized this once I got back to my car. Did not want to go back and asked to be fixed fearing it would get worse.

Robin is who cuts my son's hair and she is fantastic! Everyone we have used at this location has been great!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The salon was very well kept and clean.

This is a great place to get a quick haircut. My husband and I have been here on multiple occasions, and have never had a negative experience. I recommend checking in online, so you don't have to wait an excessively long time for your haircut.

After going to various Great Clips throughout Harford County this one has been my favorite. The service was pleasant and the wait was minimum. Got my hair trimmed by Jessica and she did exactly what I asked her to do and gave me information on what’s best for my hairstyle. She told me everything she was going to do before doing it take me sure I was comfortable and informed of what was occurring. Overall the experience here was 5/5 and would definitely recommend even if you live closer to the one in forest hill.
