Line is long like other branches. But waiting time is around 20 mins. Helpful staff. There is a small space in the restaurant to store luggages. You need to buy food tickets from the machine first, but can still order extra topping at your table (cash payment only at the table) This place never let me down. Worth the wait and value for money Recommended

Ramen at the comfort of your own space! Ordering smooth because the touch panel ordering system are in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean! Special request such as noodle thickness, spiciness, and the like are written in Japanese and various foreign languages so tourists wouldn’t have a hard time dining and ordering here :-) Their Ichiran Special Set is a must-try.

So worth the wait! we ordered 2 specials and my son had the tonkatsu.. all amazing. The egg is complete mastery and a perfect softness. I got the #2 spice and could have done more but will probably be back!

Our second Ichiran experience after the first in Taipei which we loved! ⏰ waited around 30 minutes to get a seat at like 1+ in the afternoon 🍜 the ramen was weirdly not as good as what we remember, but definitely still a solid 4 ⭐️ dish with the customisable options 💰 it is rather affordable too, at 1000+ yen per pax depending on what you choose to add on for your bowl of goodness

We waited 1.5 hours at 10pm on a Thursday night. I expected the food to be better, but it was very bland. I also felt that the portion was slightly below average. Staff was friendly and attentive.Overall, this place did not live up to the hype.

This is the 2nd Ichiran Ramen we ate in Japan. Quality and taste consistently good. I dare say this is the best tonkatsu ramen we've ever tasted. My family loved it and some even finished the last drop od soup. Restaurant has a very long line, so be prepared to wait. Shop opens from 10am to 6am the next day. Staff was very nice to seat the 6 of us together although they're a small and tight establishment. Layout for Ichiran is the same regardless of location. You have your own cubicle to enjoy the ramen with no distraction. But if you prefer, you can shift the divider and see your partner when eating. I highly recommend this.

Wait is short around 20-30 minutes because it’s after the lunch crowd. A must try in Japan, it’s really one of the best ramen in Japan. The soup and noodles delivers on the next level

It our first time and the staff were helpful. The kiosk has an English menu and a Visa card reader which is nice for those only staying in Japan a short time. We had lunch here during our international flight’s 12 hour layover! ありがとうございます

I was actually skeptical but their ramen was very good. No ramen is ever worth waiting 30 mins or more for but if you go early or late you only need to wait a few mins. The service was also excellent. You can also pay with Apple Pay or all types of cashless payments on their ordering machines.

Perfect for introverts and foreigners who don't speak much Japanese. There is always a line outside, even if it's 4 PM. The price is a bit high for the quantity, but it really is good. The broth is really rich in fat flavor which may not be for everyone, but you can customize it. I always get light richness because I like lighter foods, and it was still very rich. If you come, make sure to add everything. The base is just broth and noodles; if you order with char siu, they will give you 2 pieces. I recommend adding everything to make it more classic ramen style and flavor. Overall it is very delicious and the atmosphere is nice. Sometimes you will be seated next to groups of customers who may talk, but otherwise it is a peaceful experience. No talking is necessary, you can order with just writing.

Plan! Or prepare to wait. Awesome ramen maid to your taste profile. Can be very busy at diner time but definitely worth the wait.

We went to for diner between 18:00-19:00. It was a little busy but the line moved smoothly. We waited about 20 minutes. It was our first time in Ichiran, so we were afraid how is with the ordering, but it’s super easy because the machine has English menu. On the ticket we choose all the recommended ingredients and Ramen was the best I ever ate.. I ate in Europe but it is not comparable with this. Definitely recommend and will be back if possible. W paid 890 for Ramen with 120Yen extra for 1/2 noodles refill.

Love this ramen spot, the line is always very long but also well worth the wait in my opinion. I visit at least once whenever I’m in Tokyo. Just get the maxed out option and you won’t regret it. This isn’t really the best spot if you are going in a large group though just keep that in mind and you are probably wanna be prepared to wait abit even if it’s late at night.

The line is always long here but it moved reasonably fast when we were there (40 min wait at 8+pm on a weekday night). What I like most about ichiran is the texture of the noodles

Overall a good experience and a nice rich broth, but I wouldn't queue up for it. There are many other options for tonkotsu ramen in the area for the same price. And I think the pork slices got even thinner over the last few years.
