Unless there's some sort of cultural way of charging I'm unaware of in Japan, this place potentially rips off foreigners, so be wary. When I went, the owner charged his prices per person, which wasn't really clear upfront. So if you're there with 1 other person and you both eat 1 set of takoyaki to share, the menu says it costs 680yen, but he charges 680 x2 = 1360yen because of the 2nd person there. Not sure whether I was scammed or not, but multiplying the entire bill by the number of people you're with doesn't really add up mathematically or make any sense even if you're expecting a sit-in fee. Also while sitting in you can hear the owner talk about "Gaijin" a lot, which makes you feel really uncomfortable. Either way, scam or no scam, this takoyaki place is way too expensive (1360yen for 8 balls between 2 people) so I can't recommend it.

Incredible service, the owner gets you things like cold towels and water refills for the summer before you even think about asking for it. You can tell he genuinely cares for his customers. Also the atmosphere and music has been exceptionally decorated, he loves rock/metal and wrestling. It floods the walls and the room with great vibes. Haven't tried his famous takoyaki yet but I'm also guessing it's probably perfect too. I was the first customer when he opened so I'm getting insane VIP treatment. Come early! 😂

This bar has great food and an such an interesting vibe; there's no place quite like it in the area. It's well decorated and when I came in he had late 80's japanese rock music playing which I enjoyed. The owner is also super friendly. My japanese is not great but he made the effort to make some conversation which I appreciated. As for food, the yakisoba was well portioned and hearty. The takoyaki was hot, but quite enjoyable. And lastly, the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Hidden diamond! 💎 This is a great place for making new friends and good memories. The owner Ogochan goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. We will meet again! 😊👍 If you don't speak Japanese and can't read, don't worry! Use Google Translate to communicate and Google Lens for reading menus in Japan.

very friendly, was greeted by a silly and very friendly owner and the noodles were absolutely amazing, just the right amount of spice, sweetness, and saltiness. A good place to go for entertainment along with a delicious meal. very tourist friendly!

Yakisoba was okay. Takoyaki was great! But most of all, the service was really accommodating and the owner was extremely friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely visit once, feels essential to the Japanese experience.

Amazing experience! The owner is really great to talk to and makes a mean yakisoba. Be prepared to stay a while and chat, the place is full of character. Also, he has some nice Mezcal which you don’t see often in Tokyo.

Stumbled upon this place, and it did not disappoint for our last night in Tokyo. Casual and lively atmosphere, World Cup was on, allow lots of time for hanging out while your friendly fun chef makes your food. He was willing to speak English, we used Google translate to order from online menu.

Worth the trip down a back alley for a casual drink and meal. Owner is outgoing and helpful in dealing with English speakers. Great sticky coated "spicy" Yakasoba dish was worth the wait. Plan to have a drink and chill as only a couple dishes at a time can come out of his tiny kitchen.

Very cozy place! Master is so open and friendly. I really recommend his Yakisoba noodle! That is best yakisoba in Tokyo! Takoyaki is also nice. Dough is so soft, you can choose various unique sauces. The entrance is hidden away from the Main Street and you have to take a small side street to find it.

Nice bar with a friendly and at times hilarious bartender. Met few kind customers here and had some delightful conversation. Recommend to those who wants to chill at a small, cofy bar while maybe meeting new people.

The Takoyaki and Yakisoba were both really delicious! The takoyaki were tender and flavorful, and the yakisoba was very well cooked, lots of flavors and amazing with the egg. The owner is nice and cooks everything on the order, the place has a cool vibe and good beer to go with the food!
