The staff here are very friendly and helped me in a very clear and straightforward manner. This doctor spoke excellent English, which automatically put me at ease. I was able to clearly explain everything and the doctor took her time to listen and explain everything as well. Highly recommend!

One of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I’ve been to many big hospitals before but the director spoke much better and more fluent English than most of the doctors at the large hospitals, offered really clear and easy to understand explanation of my condition and treatment.

何年も前からお世話になっておりますが医院長の松本先生は話や相談をよく聞いて下さり患者の立場になって返事して下さるので通っていてとても安心します。何か具合悪かったら電話して下さい。とか他の病気の相談するとアドバイスしてくれたり病院を紹介してくれます。いつもニコニコしていて診察してもらうと凄く安心します。家は家族みんな松本先生のお世話になっています。受け付けの方も優しいし松本先生は英語が話せるので病院探しで迷ってる方とてもオススメです。

Very arrogant male doctor and discriminating behavior for foreigner. Never suggest to visit this clinic. Asking to sit in store room for 37.5 degree temperature, other Japanese patients are treated well it shows hatefulness towards non Japanese

松本先生も看護師さんみなさん、応対の良い方々ばかりですが、数人いる受付のお一人だけ、無愛想で口調もキツい方がいらっしゃって不快で残念ですね。

オンライン診療で　受診しました。 普段通っている病院で頂いた薬で　治りきらず、再受診もできず、困っていたところ　こちらのオンライン診療を受診しました。 自宅から　遠方で心配もありましたが、 LINEでの登録も便利。職場にいたままクリニックとの　やりとりもでき、とても助かりました。 現在の症状、出されていた薬、薬アレルギーも合わせ相談できました。 支払い完了後(カード振込終了確認後)　最寄りの薬局に処方箋も送ってくれ、私は　薬局に受け取りに行くだけですみました。 また、次回も受診させて頂ければと思います。 ありがとうございました。
