For a hotel like this, the price is great. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is a bathtub with a shower that includes body soap, conditioner, shampoo. The hotel provides You with neat stuff like a toothbrush, toothpaste, a tool for shaving, etc. Great breakfast too. An hour away from Tokyo by public transit, would recommend going by car though (42 minutes), because You'll be confused. One day passes for Tokyo metro are not valid, need to buy separate ticket.

Clean Hotel, friendly staff with some difficulties with the English language. Breakfast is okay and rooms are at a moderate level regarding size and prize. Had problems with my credit card.

Very friendly staff. I'm from the USA, visiting Japan so there are a lot of differences between hotels at home and here. The location is nice, close to the train station and shopping. The room is smaller than I'm used to but comfortable and we'll stocked. All toiletries are provided as well as pyjamas and slippers. The hotel provides breakfast for a fee.

Quite a nice hotel for travelers. Clean, modern, conveniently located. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice. Rooms are the size you would expect in a Japanese hotel, but very well kept. I found the front desk staff to be very accommodating and helpful.

It's a clean and nice hotel at Kashiwa center. Easy to access jr station and shopping malls. Rooms are at japan standart a bit small but good enough to stay for business trip. Cost -Performance is good.

The stay is excelent. Super pleasant and very helpful staff. Would like more vending machines (food, snacks...).
