Self check-in is very convenient and the facilities are all available. There are washing machines/microwave ovens/IH stoves/hot water kettles/irons/flashlights...etc., and tableware is provided for use. The decoration style is also simple and clean. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This is the right place to check in. Some apartments are not situated at this place. Very nice receptionist guy helped us and gave practical advices. He recommended us to eat next door, you should try it before going to your apartment. As a small gift we got small noodle cups from Nissin. Only disadvantage thing is that our apartment had no lift to carry heavy luggages to the 3rd floor. But the main reason why I love to stay there are the big beds! Will stay next time again with 1/3! Stayed at the 3 Bedroom Akihabara VI. Great location, near various metro stops and and 10-15 minute walk to Ueno Keisei Skyliner to/from Narita Airport. Staff was great and very helpful, apartment exactly as described and depicted in pictures. Spacious for Tokyo! Thanks for the great stay 1/3rd Group.

Great service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Facilitie in the apartment are very good. Location is good with convients stores nearby and suehirocho station is just a few minutes away. On the whole, great experience.

Great location. While this is a popular spot, super market, convenient store are all near to the room. Room is clean, cozy and with great interior design. Daily tools are well equipped, small kitchen, hair dryer, laundry machine and refrigerator. Staffs are professional and speak fluent English. Fist choice to stay next time when we visit Tokyo!

Stayed with 1/3rd for about a week. The apartment was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Convenience store, Grocery, Cafes and Restaurants were within walking 5 minutes.The staff were lovely, they recommended great places to go to. Overall, great experience.

The apartments were clean and at a very good location. The staff were friendly and were fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese. We had a great experience living with them.

This place was outstanding. 100 square meters (palatial by Tokyo standards), three bedrooms, clean, new, great location two blocks from suehirocho. Came with free gym. All at a very good price as well. Reception is often unmanned, so you need to pick up the phone if you need something, but that's the only minus. We actually ditched a terrible AirBNB booking to stay here ... it was a very very good decision.

Would definitely stay in 1/3 Fitness Residence again. Great location steps from metro and walking distance to the Akiyabara tech district.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. The 3rd room apartment is trying to go for a industrial theme but it done so poorly it feels like they ran out of money to put in a roof. Wall are paper thin and good luck getting any sleep if you have people above you as you can hear everything they do. That if you can get to sleep, as the curtains don't a single thing to block out any street lights. Also they don't fit the entire window so I woke up to a man fixing a powerline watch me sleep. Want to have a shower? Well you can't unless you want to hold the shower head and make the whole bathroom wet. The aircon is really loud.

Stayed here with my family for a night. Good service and the room is convenient. They have a microwave, washing machine, bathtub and small kitchen. If you’re staying with a family, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an awesome stay with 1/3rd. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and very fluent in English. The house was very well clean and close to the station and supermarket. Being a vegetarian in Tokyo helped us with the well functional Kitchen.

We are a family of 4 so we have the whole floor to ourselves! It's really big and spacious, and everything you need is there. The interior is really Japanese so it adds to the whole experience of the trip. I recommend this place 100%!
