    Great friendly staff went above and beyond. The food was good and even though they had a full house we were well taken care of. My family always enjoys the atmosphere.

    The broccoli and corn was good, the chicken fried steak was tasty, and the chicken biscuit and gravy bowl was very filling. Take out was extremely fast for me. It took less than 15 minutes for my order to be ready.

    2 Hours for two orders and a side. Just now got my online order. After waiting since I got the email saying my order would be ready in 20 minutes. At 10:43 was when my order was supposed to be ready. After checking with the man at the front he went back and checked on it and came back and said they haven’t started making it yet. Assuming all was good I waited. After about 15 minutes he came back and said he was going to ask a manager what was taking so long to make it. Waited around 45 more minutes and nothing… At around 11 I was finally told that the restaurant never received my order. I showed the guy the email I received and he took the order to the register and then to the back. Food came back with three items missing and I was dismissed and the man walked away. I waited for another employee and told them I just wanted a refund for the items that weren’t there. She told me that since it was an online order I’d have to get the refund from the site (Which didn’t give me an option for it). She ended up taking my order again and got it right this time. I understand if the place is under-manned. But come on. It took an hour to figure out no one ever knew about the order. And another hour to fix it. After the 20 minutes the site said it was going to take to prepare the food (presumably correct). I’m conclusion trash.

    Saw 2 managers helping which was great bc there were few waitresses Saturday. Food was hot and delicious. Did see servers finish their shift leaving and thought their work stations did not look as if they should go home if you know what I mean. If I noticed I feel bad for the team stuck with end of rush cleanup. I saw great teamwork by management and things seem more efficient than last visit. Great job! It was busy

    Ordered the crazy for mozzarella burger. How in the hell do you forget the burger? What kind of dope addicted lazy good for nothing cooks did they hire. I will go out my way to avoid this place. I will never give this sorry excuse for a restaurant my money ever again.

    If you want breakfast and a shiw this is the place to go. Lots of waitress and management drama. People quiting in the middle of the rush and talking over the customers. It was a wild morning for sure. On the bright side food was good. Hot and exactly what we ordered. Had a few different people helping us so little confusion on drinks and who was filling and what not. We just laughed and enjoyed the breakfast and let it be. We were committed at this point and wanted to see how the train wreck ended.

    Love the refreshed look, feel, and smell of the renovated Southside Denny's. Hadn't been for a while because there had been problems getting good service and good food. We were very pleased that both service and food were excellent on this visit. My Denver omelet was perfect, as were my pancakes. I'm so happy to have a nice Denny's close again!

    Our waitress was Heather R, super nice!!! Never let my ☕️ go low. Had patience with my grandmother who was telling a long story. 😆 I got the crepes..a little bit runny but good. The place was very clean. Ask for Heather R - she's awesome!!

    Waited an hour only to be served cold food, was left without being checked on with empty drinks, drinks which took 20 minutes to receive. The manger who brought the cold plates out left the empty cups sitting on the end of the table without ever asking if we needed new drinks with are food that had finally came out. When brought to her attention all she did was offer to remake the food that I had already waited an hour to be served cold. I informed her I would not be paying for the cold plates and left. I WILL NOT be going back to this location anytime in the foreseeable future.

    Deana the GM has really fixed the issues in this place . She made it much more enjoyable. Our server Kayla was very attentive and kind. Food was already good best it's been in a long time

    Service, atmosphere and product never fail to satisfy! I’ve eaten here for years and never once have had an issue. The floor staff are very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. We love our Denny’s!

    We went to the Denny's on S Clack. Very few people in the restaurant when we went in. We had 6 people in our party. The waiter was very prompt and attentive. Our order was taken quickly, drinks came out very fast. During the meal our drinks never went empty. Food came out hot and were cooked to order. The food was also very good. Would recommend going, and we will return.

    Our waitress Crystal was so sweet. She introduced herself right away and took our drink order promptly. Our food came quickly and she checked on us often. Recommend crystal and this location 10/10

    Ordered a spicy sizzling skillet with 2 sunny side up eggs and tortillas and a Premium Chicken Tenders with Onion Rings and a side salad. The skillet was a little on the lacking side for cheese sauce. The chicken fillet was also slightly overcooked the two sunny-side eggs were made perfectly and the tortillas were good the potatoes and chorizo were on point. As for the premium chicken tenders, they were also overcooked and brown instead of golden brown. The Onion rings seemed a little undercooked. The side salad was excellent and crisp, the Thousand Island dressing was perfect.The restaurant was very short-staffed, our server (Heather) was excellent and even offered alternative options if they did not have barbecue or the salad dressing that we wanted Thank you that was awesome service!!!. With only one trainee cook in the kitchen I got to say y'all did your best. Leaving a comment here as there is room for improvement. Will return in the future to see if there is any improvement. Not the best experience I've had at Denny's but definitely not the worst.
