Hours
for
two
orders
and
a
side.
Just
now
got
my
online
order.
After
waiting
since
I
got
the
email
saying
my
order
would
be
ready
in
20
minutes.
At
10:43
was
when
my
order
was
supposed
to
be
ready.
After
checking
with
the
man
at
the
front
he
went
back
and
checked
on
it
and
came
back
and
said
they
haven’t
started
making
it
yet.
Assuming
all
was
good
I
waited.
After
about
15
minutes
he
came
back
and
said
he
was
going
to
ask
a
manager
what
was
taking
so
long
to
make
it.
Waited
around
45
more
minutes
and
nothing…
At
around
11
I
was
finally
told
that
the
restaurant
never
received
my
order.
I
showed
the
guy
the
email
I
received
and
he
took
the
order
to
the
register
and
then
to
the
back.
Food
came
back
with
three
items
missing
and
I
was
dismissed
and
the
man
walked
away.
I
waited
for
another
employee
and
told
them
I
just
wanted
a
refund
for
the
items
that
weren’t
there.
She
told
me
that
since
it
was
an
online
order
I’d
have
to
get
the
refund
from
the
site
(Which
didn’t
give
me
an
option
for
it).
She
ended
up
taking
my
order
again
and
got
it
right
this
time.
I
understand
if
the
place
is
under-manned.
But
come
on.
It
took
an
hour
to
figure
out
no
one
ever
knew
about
the
order.
And
another
hour
to
fix
it.
After
the
20
minutes
the
site
said
it
was
going
to
take
to
prepare
the
food
(presumably
correct).
I’m
conclusion
trash.
