I am sick and tired of companies expecting customers to wait on themselves!!!! When I go to any restaurant it is for the convenience of being served on some level, even if it's just ringing up my fast food order. I believe our family will no longer be giving our money to places where we have to pay overblown prices while the employees stand and watch the customer take care of themselves. I loathe the self-serve kiosks and I can't imagine these poor elderly folks who really don't understand how things work. This workforce is the laziest thing I've ever seen!!!!!

We didn’t order food because of the disrespect from a worker. We were waiting to order in the drive through for 15 mins. Nobody was taking our order so we pulled up to the window. One of the workers with greenish/blue hair was being very disrespectful towards us and told us to pull around very rudely and even rolled her eyes! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS WORKER AT ALL!!! She should not work there with that kind of attitude towards her paying customers! Deserves a zero star. I will NOT BE ORDERING FOOD THERE EVER AGAIN!

It is labor day. That is why they get one star. It is only 940pm, and as i am getting out of my car to go in to place and order, the little girl that works there, runs in front of me and rushes in to ONLY LOCK THE DOOR ON ME!!! IT IS NOT EVEN TEN!!! Then mouth at me threw thr locked door?!!? You dont want or need my $$$ , you will nevr get it if this is how loyal customers (whom abide and respect the TRUE LOBBY HOURS) are treated—- WILL NEVR EAT AT TACO BELL AGAIN!!! Horrible customer service. BAD MANAGEMENT BAD TRAINING

Was gonna sit and enjoy my food for my lunch break and then order another meal to go for my wife so that I can bring it to her at work.... that didn't happen. Ordered my food, somehow got skipped, 20 min later after saying something and waiting patiently I get my food, asked for it to go instead of staying, went ahead and ordered for my wife, told the manager "hey, I just ordered again so you're gonna see my name again on the screen", thinking that would help... nope... got skipped AGAIN with me standing there at the counter the whole time. After another 10-15 min, I finally get my 2nd order. Whole lunch break gone and now I'm stuck eating cold food from my first order... at work. Horrible service!

I went through the drive through, the woman was very nice and pleasant. I was excited to go home and eat my burritos, but little did I know the atrocities that were lingering in the bag. I'm not a picky eater and I never really leave reviews but this was a special occasion. My burritos were packed full of pickles. Yes pickles. I don't know who smuggled the pickles in to T bell but there were about 3 pickle slices per burrito. Why would you sabotage an already mediocre burrito? Just let me have my junk food in peace... no pickles next time please

The night Manger was horrible. Waited 30 mins as ppl came in after an gotten their food 1st. This manager was rude did not do her job. She told me my order was in the drive thru as I'm standing rite in front of her. Then proceeded to give me the wrong food an all of it was wrong. An after I received my correct food all the employees followed me out the store along with the manager in a volatile threatening manner. Taco bell should be Ashamed

I gave this establishment two stars but only because they usually do a better job than they just did. On my most recent trip to Taco Bell, not only was there hair in my food but the lady at the window was pretty rude. They're also out of lettuce which is inexcusable and shows poor management. Generous two stars here.

The food was good and ready when I went to pick it up. My only issue was that there was no tag on my order to confirm it was mine and nobody was working the counter to ask. The food was good and well out together.

I went there because my 1 year old eats the cheese roll ups. They gave me the wrong food. But everyone makes mistakes, they fixed it and gave me the correct food. They were so nice and polite about it. Now my son is enjoying his cheese roll up. I will be going there again!!

Ordered 60+. Dollars worth of food in the drive thru was handed 1 bag and was ready the receipt. Drove 18 miles away and found out the order was incomplete called and talked to Ryan the manager. He said that he could refund the missing items or I could drive back for the items. When I returned for the food he didn't want to talk about it he just wanted to tell me that the crew would replace the missing items and I didn't need to worry about their mistakes that cost me a hot meal and gas to get it fixed.

Ordered on Kiosk. Ready within few minutes. Counter help was super friendly. Customer Service is top-notch. Very Friendly, Welcoming & Engaged. Lobby was clean. Few tables dirty, but was taken care of with 5-10 minutes. Recommend.

Traveling through and ordered 4 tacos and a drink it took over 25 minutes to get. When we asked why it was taking so long drive thru employee had an attitude and said they only had 3 people on their line. Definitely do NOT recommend this TB.

I went inside to order my food... there was no one available to work the register... due to 'short staff' ... I had to order on the kiosk ... it's pretty sad when a fast food place in a college town can't get good employees to work!

Got my food and it was good but that's not were I'd rate it at first an employee said while looking at me walk g in when your ready to order taps the kiosk right here ok like I'm paying with cash not card so I need to pay at the register and also after getting my food I'm seeing employees working g in the kitchen stuffing there face with food and walking around and they have customers at the front counter waiting for 15 minutes or more without saying anything and knowing they are there but not serving them I will not be coming back to this location the customer service needs to gwt better this is ridiculous and I never done that to my customers when I wormed in the fast food industry after hs.

Closed the inside. Slow drive thru only. Lost a few stars until they quit doing this. Clean even though they were slammed with customers! Good food. Great staff! As always at this location.

The food was what is expected for a Taco Bell. But the lack of a person to take your order when you walk in the door is disappointing. As I stood at the counter waiting for a person to take my order I was directed to a computer kiosk and told to place my order there. Honestly, I believe we are losing the ability to interact with each other by allowing machines to take over job duties that were normally handled by smiling friendly employees welcoming us into your establishment. Might as well design a taco machine that takes credit cards or $1 Bill's and lock the doors.

When I went through the drive through and got to the window, the lady said, "My guy, back up to the pole" put her hand out the window and kept telling me to back up then left the window. They didn't have large cups, they didn't have containers for the nachos, their freeze machine was down, I ordered steak chalupas, got charged for steak and got chicken. I will not be back to this taco bell.

Love this store! So many amazing thing's! Very fairly priced. It's a joy to have be able to go somewhere shopping in a Christian atmosphere. This store feels like it not just because of the merchandise either!

The absolute worst Taco Bell..it's Friday night and lobby closed at 8pm..why?? Have to wait in a long line that takes 35 to 45 minutes to get a mobile order..ridiculous!!

Line was 30 minutes. Food wasn't that good and nothing marked and gross soggy Mexican pizza. Waste of 30ish bucks.

Very quick service during lunchtime. Food always tastes fresh. Can be a bit slow late at night.

this taco bell continues to fail day after day, they do not have any QA to their orders. constantly failing customers ever day every hour. orders are typicaly incomplete or incorrect. it doesnt matter if its drive thru, in store or relying on Doordash/favor. they often refuse to fix orders or have the attitude that its te customers fault for ordering. really tired of wasting money on this store, guess ill order from Taco Bueno, at lest they can read orders and make them correctly.

I was so so excited ab getting taco bell, i always get the same thing, steak quesadilla and two soft steak tacos, because the shells hurt my mouth. When my food arrived, not only was it chicken instead of steak, but the shells were hard shells, so i couldn't eat it. I cried over this for half an hour

Went to Taco Bell S.1st in Abilene, TX to get food for me and my family and ended up waiting an 1hr and 20 minutes for our food. There were other people waiting for food as well and several people ended up getting their money back and walking back. The so called manager didn't seem to care either. When we asked about our order they said they lost it and said they would start making it. A few moments later my wife went up there and asked about our order and one of the food prep guys( his name was Aiden) was very rude to her. Won't be going back till they get better respectful employees.

Way overpriced for smaller portions and bad service. They are ridiculously over priced at this point. Shouldn't cost 20+$ a person for fast texmex

Tried to order at register and was turned to the kiosk. Put order in kiosk which then crashed. Employee clearly on drugs. Worst experience at this location ever. Very disappointing.

Taco Bell is always a great place to go and eat and getting through the drive-thru isn't too bad unless you catch the lunch rush or dinner rush of course
